We participated in receipt day twice. The first time we heard about it on Facebook. They announced the receipt day and then announced redemption day. This time I saw receipt day but still had t seen the redemption day. I called to ask and the manager said it was last week. I explained I missed it bc I was expecting if the recipet day was announced on fb I expected the redemption day to also be announced on fb. She didn’t have any answers what so ever. She said she didn’t run fb. Also said it should be at the bottoms of the receipt I sent explained it was not and that I ordered online. She then told me online orders weren’t allowed for receipt day and when I told her I had placed my first recipet day order online as well she again had no answers. Just seemed liked they wanted to draw people on to spend money but didn’t care to follow up to hold up their part of the deal.

the best fried chicken in jonesboro. I love this place more than any other- the chicken is magnificent and juicy tender. i wish there were seasoned fries though, and maybe another sauce since i eat their traditional one so much

I only rated this a 4 because there is a lack of menu items. They only serve a handful of items, so that's a little bit of a turnoff for me. Priced as expected. Not too expensive! The food itself was very delicious and flavorful. Their signature sauce was spot on, as well.

Done a mobile order, first time eating Guthrie's, got a lot for our money and had plenty left over. Tenders were very fresh..asked to substitute 3 Cole slaw for fries, never expected a bucket of fries! That was great!

Started off as good visit until I tried to use the men's room. Door appeared locked but no one was in it so I asked and the girl behind the counter said just hit it hard. No prob. Go in and fight the lock to get it to latch but upon exiting, had to fight it and then stuck door to get out. Told the staff they need to fix it. Dude at the counter then tells me "you wanna fix it?!" No mf'r. I want you to get the owner to fix it. Stay classy Jonesboro Guthrie's...
