The food was tasteless and the service was poor. The waiter left our food sitting in the window for approximately 15 minutes while he walked around chatting with the other staff. I ordered the patty melt and it had no bacon or onions on it, no pickles on the side, and the cheese was not melted. Our fries were halfway cooked. You could tell the grease was old because it tasted like onions and stale smoke. Needless to say, it was a bad experience.Parking: It is in a strip mall so while there is plenty of parking, there are limited spaces for handicap parking or spaces close to the doors.

Completely disorganized. We were seated as soon as we came in but we’re not waited on for over 25 minutes as other tables were getting seated and getting service. Our waitress explained she didn’t know she had a table. However we were waited on by several waitstaff, 4/5 that were there. 5 folks waiting on roughly 20 tables and several orders coming out wrong, food piling up to be taken out, the heat lamp was off so some food was cold coming out. Just well, complete chaos.

Not a busy night tonite, finally got my own menus and seated myself, lipstick on my coffee cup (not mine) cooks saying “welcome to Huddle house, if u want gravy n biscuits, go to IHop, that’s what they are there for, or Cracker Barrel “. Heard “that’s not my job at least 3 times. Workers on their phones more than working. Food sits on the ledge too long, cold by the time it’s delivered. Needs new management, I Loved this place at first!!!

This was our third visit to Huddle House. The previous two times were fantastic. However, tonight was off the charts bad. We walked in and only two tables were clean. There was not that many customers in the restaurant. The two floor staff were acting very sketchy. There were people in and out of the kitchen area going outside and back in. I dont think they were employees. While the waitresses were serving customers they were talking to each other instead of engaging customers. Food was good. But service and atmosphere lacked. Such a shame. Probably will not be as willing to revisit anytime soon.

There was only 3 people in the restaurant and it still took forever to get our food. Then once we got our food, most of it wasn’t done or burnt to the point it couldn’t be ate., I’m really surprised neither of us broke a tooth on the toast.

The worst experience! The food was cold and very greasy it took us over a hour to get our food there was only two other tables with people and they came in after we did and got there food before us needless to say we will not be going back that was 104 dollars I truly regret
Waited over an hour for our food, which was mediocre at best, and only lukewarm. We watched 4 tables that arrived after us get served before us. We had to ask for the check 3 times, still no check. Every time we asked the waitress just went to do other things. Finally had to tell them that we did not have another hour to wait for the check and if they did not hurry up we would not be able to stay to pay it. DEFINITELY do NOT recommend. We will NOT be back. Don't waste your time or money!!
