Lady"Brianua" that took our order was so rude and disrespectful paid $53.03 asked for refund after we told her we no longer wanted since gravy on potatoes looked burnt, biscuits were old and hard. She claims that it take 24hr to be refunded still waiting.

Ordered 8 and 8 through Door Dash. Chicken was old, fries were cold, tenders were barely warm, and the Mac and cheese smelled like chemicals. Tried to call the store with no success. Called the other store and they blamed it on the door dash driver. The driver said she had to wait on the order. Door Dash denied a refund. Will not recommend the KFC located at 2020 South Caraway Rd. Jonesboro Arkansas

The last two times I’ve ordered on mobile for pick up in store, they’ve said my order was ready and it hasn’t been. The first time it took them 20 minutes after my pick up time and the girl was super rude to me acting like I was the inconvenience. The second time they said it was ready and it wasn’t. AGAIN. Close to 20 minutes later we finally got our pick up order that should’ve already been on the pick up shelf. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve learned my lesson to order from the drive thru. At least then it would be quicker and I wouldn’t have to deal with rude staff.

The place was dirty. Took me a minute to find a table that appeared clean. There were bits of food underneath every table. The self serve drink station wasn't stocked, and there was water everywhere. It took me forever to get my order. There wasn't a single hair net in the whole kitchen, and everybody loses hair. Other customers smelled like weed, but thats not the fault of kfc. My wife told me not to eat kfc because she knew that I'd know it was going to be a disappointment. Listen I grew up with kfc, and it was always the best. I've always love the original recipe, but sadly it's not the greatest anymore. I can accept that our taste preferences change. It's a shame to walk in to any fast food joint, order and pay, only upon closer inspection see that it hasnt been cleaned. The food was decent, but the dine in experience sucked.

The drive through was congested so I ordered inside. Was able to order quickly. Nice staff and the chicken is usually good. Over the years I have gotten used to the watered-down instant potatoes guess that will never change.
