Hi. I've been working on Parker since October of 2023 and I've eaten here several times and the food was AWFUL TODAY, EVERY SINGLE TIME. FROM KFC TO TACO BELL. THE FOOD IS NEVER FRESH AND TASTE IS DISGUSTING!!! I WENT INSIDE AND THERE WAS FOOD EVERYWHERE, EXACTLY WHERE THEY FIX ORDERS AT AND FROM THE LOOKS OF IT, IT JASNT BEEN WIPED/CLEANED SINCE THEY OPENED. THERE WERE ENOUGH EMPLOYEES TO WIPE THE FOOD AREA DOWN!! THERE WERE NO ONE INSIDE AWAITING ON FOOD SO THERE'S NO EXCUSE TO WHY THIS RESTAURANT LOOKED THAT BAD! I'M SURPRISED THAT THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS! I'M QUITE SURE THIS MESSAGE WON'T REACH WHO IT NEEDS TO REACH BUT JUST KNOW THAT I'LL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AS WELL...YEAH, IT'S THAT SERIOUS... IT'S THAT BAD! DO BETTER! I'VE GIVEN SEVERAL OPPORTUNITIES AND TODAY IS IT! THIS PALCE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

This is a KFC combined with a Taco Bell restaurant. The KFC still has the full menu a standalone version would have as well as a drive-thru. The service is usually fast and the food is ok. It is next to a shopping center too, if you need to do that while in the area.

Worked there for a time. Very mismanaged and the afternoon crew don’t seem to be properly trained or have any accountability from upper management. As a shift lead at the time. I had to just let bad employees be bad employees because “they don’t act like that when I’m around” even though the proper managers never work night shift.

My food was hot, and the person at the window told me they were waiting on fries no problem. The issue for the 4 stars and not 5 is because I only got 7 wings and not 8 ( 8 is the number in the combo). Yes, I count my wings for this very reason, but I was on lunch so I didn't have time to go back inside otherwise, I would have.

It took more than 5 minutes for someone to even greet me when I walked in, and I was ready to order before I arrived. I watched the same thing happen to other customers. They were completely out of napkins. The bathrooms are filthy.I would NOT recommend this location.
Super friendly and helpful. Tried to pass us off some old cold fries tho and we asked for fresh and was told they were. They replaced them and our meal was fine, but something felt off here. We tried to hand back the old fries at the window but they didn't want them and asked us to pull forward. A few moments later the lady asked for the old fries before she would hand over the fresh ones lol which was no problem since we had them still bagged and ready to give back. Prices are too high to get passed out some below standard food. Not the best KFC experience passing thru Arkansas.
