Because y’all have terrible service waitresses can’t speak English my beef was still raw in my nacho and the laid didn’t want to take it back and cook it my daughter had hair in her salsa and food and the price is not worth it

I was starving with some friends and passing through town when we found this place. We walked in and were the only people in the restaurant which was a bit concerning at first. Then we met our server who was the best person ever. He was pointing out all the best things on the menu and ended up bringing us 3 different types of salsa for out chips. The portion sizes were MASSIVE. I do a decent bit of power lifting and eat 2,000 calorie meals semi regularly, and thus massive plate filled me to the brim. The rest of the guys I was with took half theirs to go as leftovers. Price was great and you basically get 2 meals out of the single trip. 10/10 would eat here again

It was a rainy Saturday night and we were out of town looking for a place to eat. We found La casa de la fiesta on google and decided to give it a try. We pull up and paused when we saw the empty parking lot. I don’t know why it was empty because this Mexican restaurant is like Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ himself runs it. We walk in and immediately are greeted by the warm, smiling face of our host. He proceeds to sit us and provide these hungry travelers with copious amounts of chips and salsa. He is very attentive to our needs and wants and always there. The fact that this restaurant was not so busy I had to fight an old lady and small family of 4 to get a table is a stain of disgrace on the town of Jonesboro. He even brought us out some special hot salsa that was amazing. On top of this their chips and salsa was the best I've had. When it came to ordering, the owner was like a man sent from heaven. Me and my colleagues were looking and he suggested to them the rancheros because those are the best on the menu. I asked for the enchiladas la fiesta and he said “no no, you want the enchiladas tipicas. Those are the best.” Who was I to argue with this absolute legend of a man. So you know what I did. I ordered the enchiladas tipicas. And he was right. He knew. I did want those more. To say that they were just good would be a lie. The food was so good I had a chub the whole time I was eating, there was even the threat of me exploding in my jorts. The food was exquisite. The meager, peasant servings they try to serve at other Mexican restaurants knows no home here. They served us like men who were having their last meal before being shipped overseas to fight the vietkong and it was enough food to keep me full for days. To say this place is great is an understatement, I enjoyed this place more than I have ever enjoyed the touch of a women. 5 stars is too low of a rating for it but since that is the highest it goes that is what I will give it.

Food is okay, our waitress was very friendly but couldn't get our order correct as she could not speak English and our Spanish is bad Very nice people just language issues make it uncomfortable to eat here.
Service, drinks and atmosphere was good. Nice, clean place with a friendly staff. Apparently the fajita mix we were looking forward to trying wasn’t readily available so we settled for the chicken tacos. We found the chicken a bit undercooked and the sides were a bit cold such as the beans, tortillas etc. We hear great things about this place so we hope it was an off day for the staff and will definitely give them another try.

I’m from Atlanta, and therefore, spoiled by the abundance of quality mexican food. This place was great. Antonio was a phenomenal waiter. Barbecue Street tacos were perfect.
