They messed up my order. I order online and never receive my order. I called 1 hr after the order was place and they said it was ready, but they gave they trending puffs away to someone else. They refunded me after I had to tell them how I felt but didn’t try to accommodate or anything. If u place an order make sure you stay there because they will give your order to someone else that orders what you order.

Took me 35 minutes to place an order ONLINE with promos applied.. received TWO EMAILS stating my order was ready, yet upon arriving, discovered it WAS NOT!! Then we had to sit and wait ANOTHER 29 MINUTES, on my "READY ORDER"... Cashier said marinara was in bag wirh breadstix, but they were NOT!, SO had to go back inside to get marinara sauce for breadstix.. Then realizing, pizza was sposed To be "Breakfast Bacon, with half banana peppers and half pineapples"... the whole pizza was covered in BOTH toppings!! And, after waiting for TWENTY NINE MINUTES FOR MY "ready" BREADSTIX, THEY WERE ALMOST RAW!!!°°We had to put them in the oven at home to make them edible...SMH.WORST SERVICE/ FOOD/ EXPERIENCE/ ETC... I'VE EVER HAD FROM LIL CEASARS!!! SHAME ON YA'LL!!! F.R.!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Therefore a lot of customers were ordering and picking up their pizzas.Had we visited the store on another day,I feel the service would have been quicker and pizzas more tasty! Food was great. Pizza was hot. Restaurant is very small. There was over 10 people standing in line on a Wednesday at 5pm. They were running behind. Also not paying attention who was next in line. Being in wheelchair I was stepped on and over looked. Not waited on for over 10min. Had to push my way to the front of the line to get my order. Which wasn't ready yet. The cashier had to go back and yell at them to get it made.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp with one level side walk. Easy to maneuver.

I swear the workers here are on drugs they forget the simplest things and then try to blame you for it. They just hire anyone at this point. why work somewhere you don’t like it’s rude to put your bad attitude on other people as if they’re not working or having bad days as well. They give your pizzas away like ??? I don’t recommend this place for anyone trying to get pizza.
