I did NOT like that they charged for my guacamole salad when it was listed on the menu as… “OR guacamole salad” as a side to the dish I ordered. The food is always great. Service fast and restroom always clean.

This place is seriously a go to. I had them cater my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. We love coming here, hanging out, and the overall fantastic service. We eat at so many great Hispanic establishments in town, but we always start with "Let's go see Carlos." When your management makes connections with people this way it's truly special. We LOVE Los Arcos!

Absolutely the worst “authentic Mexican food” in Jonesboro. Order fajitas meal, and they gave me a bowl of vegetables in grease not a single speck of meat. Also order a cali burrito, had like after taste of like must. Beans and rice no flavor whatsoever. The only thing that was really enjoyable was the chips with dip. Saves y’all money

The food is always a 5 out of five. The service is always a 5 out of 5. This is a family-owned business can you see the same faces over the years. The quality is consistent and the food is authentic. If you've never tried them before I would tell you to definitely give them a try. I mean you can get pineapple fajitas served inside of a pineapple. And delicious. It's always hard to find a parking spot because they are packed. That's directly due to the 5 out of 5 on everything above.

The new brunch menu is amazing. Chorizo Hash with Fried Egg is a hit. Same for the Barbacoa Grilled Cheese.The Barbacoa Grilled Cheese consists of beef barbacoa and mozzarella, served on a brioche bun, and is served with a side of diced potatoes and birria. The slightly sweet brioche is a perfect pairing with the savory beef and mozzarella.The new brunch hours, starting at 9am, are not busy. Most brunch items are only $11 and are a great value!Parking: Handicap parking available at the front of the restaurant.

Just Facts
The Service was Excellent, However we ordered the Steaks because they were big and said they were marinated. However we got our Steaks and they were Not Marinated and had NOT been Seasoned. They were God Awful and the baked potatoes weren’t even done nor the veggies. Needless to say our meal was over $70 Dollars and we brought the steaks home for the dogs. I strongly recommend not ordering any steaks from them. However I had been told that they do have great Mexican Food

I've been eating here for years and the last couple of time I've been there, my food has NOT been right and I order the same exact thing EVERY TIME I'm there. The Azteca Special. It was like soup but I went to work so I had no choice but to eat it being I paid over $16 for it. Tonight, I specifically said, "NO VEGETABLES" but yet, here I am crunching on onion and bell peppers ??♀️ do better, takebyour timw woth theae orders!
