This was my first visit here and me and my daughter enjoyed it soooo much!! Food was a 10/10, customer service was a 12/10, cleanliness of the restaurant was a 10/10! I definitely look forward to eating here again!! Thank y’all so much! Be blessed!

Ordered a pizza to enjoy while visiting with a friend. The initial pizza we received had spent a few extra moments in the oven (nothing I would have complained about).The waitress said that they realized the pizza was overdone on one part but another pizza was already in the oven - Compliments of Lost Pizza.Not only was the pizza great but their leadership was superior. Thanks to the staff for taking care of business. We will be back!Ps, my husband ate some of the leftovers. Pretty sure he is won over to Lost Pizza too!

Ordered pizza and received a text saying my pizza was ready so I drove up there and when I got there, they did not have my order. They did not know what happened and they said they would make another one. No one apologized nor did they act like they even cared that there was a mixup. Inexcusable. I am a teacher and I have children and when they make a mistake, I expect them to apologize. I know everyone makes mistakes but I did not get upset or anything but I did expect an apology. Will not be back. Pizza was not worth eating anyway.Parking: I called in my order and could not find a place to park. Had to park behind the building. Not a very good experience. Won’t be back. Pizza from the grocery store was better than what I got.

This place is amazing and has great food! every employee is nice and friendly and has manners. people are talking about how theres not enough sauce, it’s because they put cheese on top of it. people who are yapping about this being the worst, it’s awesome, their salads are good, their tea, their pizza, their everything! this place is amazing. none of that yap is real!

First time ordering from here and we Ordered a medium pizza carry out. It was incredibly dry. It was like they put so little sauce on it then the dough absorbed it and left it extremely dry. It was actually pretty disappointing pizza. Additionally we ordered a side of wings with one ranch and one bleu cheese. We received two bleu cheese.For $30 for a medium pizza and wings I expected better.Edit to add: after looking at other reviews it seems lack of sauce is a consistent pattern here.

Found hair cooked into the pizza. Took to the front. Immediately defensive, pulled hair from pizza and manager immediately said, I don't have cooks with white hair and she looked at me like it was mine. I told her she could have it and walked out. No apology nothing. Didn't try to stop me or nothing. That wasy first and last visit for sure.
Counter service was fantastic! Food was good and served hot! My new fave when visiting Jonesboro!

The sandwiches are amazing! The only service you get is at the counter. (Expect that. Its what they do, not in a negative way) The atmosphere explains why they charge so much. It ain't cheap to repurpose tail gates in to benches. Good sweet tea.
