Waitess was great, food was wonderful. Don't order from the bar. When I was seated I ordered a Corona. Took forever. Literally I was able to order food and have it on my table before I got my first beer. I asked the waitress if she couldn't just bring me a beer but, apparently the bartender gets angry if a waitress fills a simple drink order. So long story short, they can bring you a whole platter of cooked seafood before they can give you 1 beer due to a micromanaging bartender with megalomania!

Avoid this place. The server bar tender acted like she did not want to be there. Not a friendly atmosphere. I'm ordered Snow crab legs. Who serves plastic forks to use on crab legs. Really. They will not get another Dine from me. I suggest Eat somewhere else. I left the place feeling disappointed. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I went. I agree with the other reviews. Stay away

Service sucks ass. Waiter never came to the table but one time empty handed. I'd air this bitch out if I wasn't hungry I ain't never cared but here we are eating shit ass fried oyster and 14$/.lb for crawfish what kinda Inbred shit is this. Also Arkansas loves beer sign is false advertisement. Half the damn states dry and you can't buy beer on sundays.

Nice seafood option for Jonesboro. The prices are a little high but nothing egregious. Make sure to get the Pier seasoning versus Old Bay. The spice scale is probably a little off. Order hot to get medium for example.

I will NEVER spend another dime at Pier 88 in Jonesboro, AR again!! I've never been so humiliated in my life!! After finishing our meal and paying $157 in CASH ( tip included) I was followed to my vehicle by the oriental lady and asked did I pay! My first notion was to simply say yes and leave but my soul wouldn't let me leave the parking lot because my question was... What made you ASSUME I didn't pay and why didn't you ask the server that I actually did pay before you followed me to my vehicle? I went back in and asked that exact question and to be honest, THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR HER TO DO THAT!! She stated that she didn't know I paid! I asked if she asked my server and she said she didn't have time to ask the server!!! I then said, well you had time to follow me to ask!! So, for further clarification I asked, "Do you pay here at the counter or do you pay the server"? She stated "The server"! So my question was and still is... WHY DID SHE ASSUME I DID NOT PAY WHEN I DID!! I did video this encounter and wish I could post here. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star that I did if I didn't have to give a star to post this review!!!!!!

I only have 2 complaints and they are very minor. They couldn't make an Old Fashioned. The fork to use with the meal was plastic. Other than that, my server was great. Service was fast. Food was delicious. I would definitely come here again. I got the combo 7 with the 88 sauce and it included shrimp, lobster, crab legs, corn, potato and a hard boiled egg. Everything was awesome. The music playing was all music I like and was not too loud, but definitely loud enough I could hear every song clearly.

This place is a bad joke. Server was incompetent. Food is $6 Chinese buffet garbage. Loud thumping Spotify no name music playing. A drink got spilled and the waitress brought a towel to pick up 3 cups worth of ice. The bus boy had to explain mops to her. Wife's chicken poboy was literally inedible. Someone spent a lot of time on the decor for nothing. This place is TERRIBLE. You have been warned.

Scott E.Ate at Pier 88 for the first time with the wife last night. It was beyond awesome. The service was great, the staff was great. The food was like a crab or lobster boil, potatoes, corn, lobster, etc. This is now one of our favorite places! Don't miss it.

Great Cajun and Seafood restaurant. Has the Best Crawfish in the area and they even have a nice little store next door where you can buy fresh food for your Cajun dishes like Alligator, Rattle Snake and Crawfish. Only thing is that if you order anything that’s not seafood it will have that fish wang sometimes.

We were visiting family in Jonesboro, we stopped by for some cajun food, which we love. This was the best we have had. If you want fast and friendly service, this is the place. The food is reasonably priced and is delicious. If you like Crawdads that are big and spicy I highly recommend you try these. If you are anywhere neat Jonesboro and you like Cajun food, you will not be disappointed with this place.

Avoid this place.9/23/21, 5:40pm.I feel sorry for people who may think this is seafood, It's not. I travel a lot, I am in different state every week. This chain was new to me so I thought I would try it. I should have walked out. I will start out with a good comment on the restaurant itself, the shrimp was large and tender, that's it. The waitress was charming and friendly but had been working at the restaurant for less then 24 hours. I know in these times workers are hard to find but she had not received any training. She could not recommend anything because she had not eaten there yet. She did not know the menu, she actually had to look at the menu to see what I ordered. I ordered an Octoberfest and the waitress said they did not have that. I ordered a Samuel Adams and she said they did not have that. I ordered an Ultra and you can guess the answer. I looked at the nice large bar and asked if they served alcohol, it was at that point she said they won't be serving alcohol for another month. Lack of training. The menu is limited. Only two choices for non-seafood customers. No grilled items. The 'Low Boy' selections were expensive and not traditional choices. Really, hush puppies are an add on expensive, you don't offer a couple with the meal, stupid marketing. The sweet tea was weak and not hardly sweet. The menu said the french fries were cajun style, they had NO seasoning and were tasteless. The shrimp were coated with a pleasant batter, however the coating feel off of each of them when I picked them up, never have had that happen before. In case your wondering I did not take out the horrible restaurant on the server, I tipped her 40%.The what I assumed was the manager, walked by me 11 times. She did nothing to help the staff and nothing to further the business. She never acknowledged a customer nor asked anyone around how the food or service was.If you wish good seafood come down to Alabama and I will take you to a couple of spots I know.

The food was pretty good, but it surely was not worth the price. The crablegs were small and i really can't see where they could have been a pound. The boudain was pretty good but certainly not they best I have ever had. The worst part was I was 3/4 thru my meal and had to ask where the sausage, corn and potato's were. They immediately brought it out, but it was dry. The sausage was in a long piece with no knife to cut it. I don't mind paying $60 for a meal, if it is worth it, this was not worth the money.
