3/24/24 ¬Awful, awful service. Ordered a standard order of chicken and steak fajitas, I'm sure VERY COMMON, got home at it also had a lot of veggies like broccoli, carrots and mushrooms. Yuck. Called and was told they would replace it next visit. Although they did replace it, the WOULD NOT give us a refund for the extra they charged. They said they could not do that since they made it with the extras and would not give a refund for overcharging for THEIR mistake. We have been loyal customers for years. There are plenty of other Mexican places to choose from now. Is it really worth it to lose loyalty over $5? Very poor judgment Papitos. Shame on you and your business ethics!

Just have to say Papitos was fantastic today. Yes it took a bit to get all our food. However, we were a large group with no reservation,and the restaurant was Sunday after church busy. Our service was great; chips and salsa and drinks kept full ;and the birthday performance was fun.

The food was so delicious! I had the Burrito Asada and Richie had the Chimichanga lunch special... SO GOOD!!! The decor is super beautiful! Entire staff was so friendly and attentive. They even have robots that serve chips and salsa!! It was so cool to see everyone's face in amazement when the robot came to their table... Super fun experience! so glad we stopped in, we will definitely go back. (Didn't get a pic of the food 'cause as usual, I inhaled it!)Parking: Huge parking lot, handicap accessible
The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter Valentin was very attentive and gave us great service. The restaurant was clean, classy and nicely decorated. It will be my go to stop for mexican cuisine. They have a very large menu selection, I was surprised. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service.

I understand all the bad reviews now.If you order $70 worth of food for pick up, (including 2 cheese dips), be prepared to argue why you should have more than one bag of chips.
