Wilson was the employee who went above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. He was busy accepting telephone orders and helping a customer in the lobby. However, he was still pleasant and presented a smile when he came to the window.
Spent over 100$ on pizzas... Three pizzas were made wrong and by time they remade those and we received the pizzas they were COLD! When told the employees they did nothing to remedy that so by the time we arrived home they were even colder and we will not be ordering pizza from pizza hut for any more parties as this experience was awful .. we were better off buying little Caesars and spending WAY LESS n by time we got home would've been warm still.... Very disappointed as pizza hut has always had fairly good pizza... Not this time! Very disappointed as were the guests who had to eat reheated pizza the same day it was purchased vs next day etc...

One of the very best Pizza Hut delivery experiences we have ever had. The delivery driver was friendly and brought us paper plates and napkins without is asking for them, which was nice because we were in a hotel. The pizza was hit and fresh and probably one of the best we've had in a while. Excellent service and staff!
