“My order was missing items when it was delivered using the app. I called and Trey did his thing. I work in customer service and this is what I call customer recovery. Apologized. Acknowledged the mistake. Took ownership and fixed the problem. Even though I didn’t get my food, Trey made it better. I had to do a review lol“
