Sat and waited for 20 minutes and no one ever took our order. Thought the machine was just messed up after 10 mins and tried another and nope just bad service. (it wasn’t even busy)

We placed a mobile order of mozzarella sticks and forgot sauce, so we pressed the button to ask for some marinara sauce and the lady just kept telling us we asked for something else and wouldn't bring us any sauce?. I've worked for the sonic industry many times in my life ok if someone asks you for something you can bring it to them especially sauces!!!!
My order was made wrong so I asked for a side of pickle and it took 10 minutes just to get the pickles and the person I was with was completely done eating by ti.e I could fix my order and eat.
