Some useless person in charge of scheduling put only 1 employee and 1 training employee, on their first day, on schedule during the morning rush hours. I'm not blaming the poor overworked and understaffed employees but someone higher up. My order was 100% wrong and somehow made pre melted? I received a completely inferior product for far too much money. Is there no competent management?

First visit to a Starbucks after trying it at work. I was excited to try the sandwiches and cookies as well but this location was out of EVERYTHING. I was told this is not common at other locations. I’ll try somewhere else going forward. The drive thru cashier was nice but hard of hearing. He asked my name 5/6 times.

Very unhappy with the service I just received at this establishment. Apparently the manager is so terrible at his job that he didn’t order enough lids for the cups and they REFUSED to let me order a coffee without a lid and then slammed the window on me and didn’t give me a receipt!

Was mostly chill and a typical Starbucks, but the blender was very very loud and some lady on the phone with a legal dispute was also quite loud. Feels like the place could use major sound dampening inside.

I always order the same thing. I'm a regular for Starbucks. The coffee is very expensive to receive a coffee that tastes terrible. On more than one occasion, I've ordered an iced gingerbread oatmilk chai. The coffee looked really blond and overly sprinkled with cinnamon. It tasted just like cinnamon, and sugar was the only ingredient besides water in this cup. The coffee was over 8 dollars. I give a 5 dollars tip. Sometimes, more just to throw the coffee in the trash. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso a few days ago, and it was so strong with expresso that it tasted bitter. I threw that coffee away as well. Yesterday, I went through Starbucks and ordered a hazelnut oatmilk shaken expresso, and the entire bottom was about 3 inches full of hazelnut syrup, and can I tell you how sweet that coffee was. There was way too much syrup in that coffee. I threw it away, too. There are 3 people that work there I can depend on. The coffee is always good when those 3 are working. I have stopped coming to Starbucks due to the prices of the coffee plus the tips equalling over 10 dollars, or if I have my kids over 40 dollars for 4 coffees for the coffee to be thrown away due to low quality taste. I don't think I will be going back any time soon. That's a lot of money to waste.

Definitely the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had at this location. The store was really dirty inside, food was not out in the display, it was on a giant cart. Place was disorganized, they were out of SO many things - so many syrups and holiday drinks were out of stock. Clearly not managed very well. When we did app orders, every single time there was a mistake on a drink order. Got a grande when I ordered a venti, cinnamon missing on top of a drink, syrups wrong. Makes me happy for my home store which always gets things right. We used this one while visiting family, definitely needs better management and better staff training. Do not recommend this store at all. Drive thru is incredibly awkward too, cars end up blocking intersections.

The drinks made here are always wrong and don’t taste good compared to other Starbucks. I prefer the Starbucks on Southwest in Jonesboro, drinks are delicious there! Avoid going to this location if you don’t want to be disappointed.
The store shows that it is open until 9pm but we got there at 8:20 pm and everything was closed down.

I love Starbucks! However, this one has not been up to standards. The past few times my frappuccino has not been frozen or even right. They are also extremely slow when there is hardly anyone there. I make it a point to go to the one on Johnson because I know they will always get my order correct and within the proper amount of time.
