I had a great experience at Subway in Trumann. The service was excellent. Everyone greeted me and were very polite. The only problem was the bread. I ordered 3 footlong subs and the bread was not toast or heated. Still, it was hard a tough chew. This not the first time the freshly made bread,supposedly? Tasted like 3 day old bread. Besides that everything was good.

Ordered online. They toasted the sub when I did not order it toasted. When they remade it, they did not remake it with the extra bacon I paid for. I was not the person who picked up the food otherwise I would have had them correct it.

I love subway! I always get the same thing when I go, but my kids and husband get different things like the meatball sub, or loaded BMT or teriyaki chicken sub I usually get the Monster which is cheesesteak shredded cheese bacon peppered ranch and it comes with onions. An peppers but I dont get those I am a meat an potato kinda girl?Parking: It has plenty of parking and even a drive thru if you dont wanna go insideKid-friendliness: Very friendly my girls talked their ears off while making the sandwiches lmao!! They were so nice about it. Very good sports about whole thing.

So they messed up on my order… I called up there when I went home. The women which I’m guessing is a manager said she’ll take my name down. I live across town she said I could come back whenever to get another one for the mistake they did. So I went up there today and they said I couldn’t get it. Really… Ya need help, and I want my sandwich or up my money.

The only issue is that sometimes we deal with having to explain what needs to be done differently due to my husband milk allergy.
The girl that took our order was so extremely stressed. It was a very uncomfortable experience. She was a little rude but I think she might just be stressed, or high.... idk. But the sandwiches were amazing & the lady that checked us out was extremely nice we'll definitely be back. This is by far our favorite Subway in Jonesboro!!
