Went thru drive thru. I immediately found a spot to park to eat. My 1st taco was mushy and warm. The 2nd time I went thru they gave me another fresh and hot taco. It was severely cracked.

Waited 46 minutes with an autistic gentleman. Got our drinks..waited at the table...when 25 minutes later they come to our table to say .we are out of chicken ? now this IS KFC...bad management, employees were horse playing in the back and very rude. Language was foul. One pair ofTongs were being used for everything..and then layed on the front counter, I never saw one person wear gloves or wash their hands.

This is absolutely the worst place to get food. The owners of this Taco Bell should be ashamed of the imbecilic employees that are running the show. I got a soda that was flat, handed it back to the girl and ask her for something different and I was told to keep my cup. Why would I want to ride around with a cup? That doesn’t have anything in it that I would ever drink? Then try to tell me I was littering in the parking lot. Good for me. These people are rude, uneducated, and absolutely disgusted me. I would love to get a refund, but I don’t wanna deal with the nastiness in this restaurant.

Went through drive-thru ordered 4 $5 boxes and went to window where I ordered a additional soft taco. Got my food and left half way hone I realized I didn't even get my drinks or receipt. Went back being they forgot my drinks I checked my bag and I was missing the taco once inside I was cussed by the assistant manager (so he said) but refused me a name and refused to get a manager and being I didn't get a receipt I picked one up to see if the managers name was on it that's when the girl caught attitude a cursed me as well It's truly sad these kids are our future and they are so Hateful this location is the worse food wise and attitude its just closer to bono I will never return.

This place has the worst service and the grease has not been changed in God knows how long. My meat was watery and my shells and chips were horrible! I sent my 14 yr old to get a cheese dip and the manager on duty on 1/18 @ 1:50pm would not even look at her and tried to get someone to talk to her. My daughter is very shy so she wasn't trying to be loud to get her attention. The woman turned and had the worst attitude about having to do something besides stack cheeses that would go bad anyway. Our cheese sauce was hard... That's why you don't stack them like she was. Lazy!!!! Also there was so much mess on the floor and nearly every table was dirty. No ice, no water, no tea...... I won't be back.

It took a while for a worker to take our order. There were several workers behind the counter. One was checking his phone. The beans in my burrito were dried out (the consistency of Play-Do). Other items were okay. Overall not a friendly atmosphere and very mediocre food. I'll try another area Taco Bell next
