The Taco De Birria with Consomme (Soup) is extremely oily. My Consomme (Soup) has a half-inch layer of oil on top of it. I refuse to try it. The Taco De Birria tasted ok just a little dry. No moisture in the meat. The Tacos were just Tacos . The chicken taste great. Just dry. I'm not sure why their meat it so dry. The steak taco was spoiled. The steak tasted very bad. I spit it out of my mouth. It smelled bad. They should have known that meat was bad.

Service was good, atmosphere was nice, ate there on a sunny December day and the outdoor tables were nice. The food is not to my taste and standards, doesn't mean it's bad, I just won't be back because i thought it tasted just below average. The seasoning on the carne asada is faint, the sope is flat and not very seasoned, either. The salsa is good but not enough to make me come back. The food was well-cooked and no insects or plastic found in the food at all. No hygiene issues, I just didn't find it delicious. To each his own. The employees were all great and friendly and I'm sure there are plenty of people in Jonesboro that will love it. Please give them your business. The quesadilla and the burrito and the birria were also ordered and all the other guests said they enjoyed their choices.

Visited this taco truck for lunch and it did not disappoint. I got an order of street tacos but they serve burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and sopes as well. The tacos were extremely good and tasted great and fresh. The sauces they provided with them was also very good. They have some seating on the outside of the truck but it seemed most were taking their orders and going. Very good street tacos and would go back for them or to try something else.

Just tried Taco Daisy today. I didn't what know kind of taco to get so I got all 1 of each meat (4 total). All of them were very good and my favorite one was the Birria / Shredded Beef Taco. It is amazing! He suggested since I liked it very much to get the Taco De Birria With Consomme (Soup). Believe me I will!
