Got put on the waiting list for three hours because we had a party of 12, which was understandable, since we were in a large party, but after a three hour long wait, they wanted to seat our party at two different booths, not together. Defeating the purpose of us waiting for three hours for them to accommodate us. They had a family of four sitting at the large seating area. They could’ve accommodated us, but poor management, and a lack of common sense stopped us from being seated there. We decided to leave and will not be back.

20 minute wait became 30 because the hostess input my phone number wrong. We had to go back in and there was no apology she said I text you. No honey cinnamon butter, rolls were burnt, sauce for onion blossom was sour. The food was a 7/8 steak was not Road House standard. The saving grace was the waitress. She was exceptional and she was busy! 2 rating is for hostess very bad service not the waitress.

I’m not one to go out and complain but Our experience was awful. Service was okay?my friend got her food first while we waited 20 minutes for the remainder of the food to come out by the time our food hit the table our food was ice cold non of our steaks were cooked properly. Probably won’t be back ??♀️

Last time our party of 3 was bumped without being told so we had to wait an extra 20 minutes, on top of waiting for at least 30 minutes.This time we picked our order up to go and it was incomplete. The food we got was good, but I didn't receive the stake fries and green beans that I ordered.What time tomorrow (Saturday) can I pick these items up? I'd call but a staff member might hang up on me again. The ticket is under Juniper Sweet. Thanks.

We have been here for at least 30 minutes and still have gotten no rolls. I tried to order mushrooms as a side and my waitress stared at me like I didn’t know what I was ordering. The waitress just walked past my table with a whole birthday cake. Maybe they need to focus on being a roll restaurant and no more birthday parties.

Our waitress was very bad dropped off our plates and didn't see her again till she brought the check had to get my beer after asking 3 times from a completely different waitress it was loud with people and kids screaming then the birthday screaming was definitely not as good as the one in little Rock probably won't go bk to the one in Jonesboro

Updated Feb 2024: STILL doing great! The service was outstanding! We had a small issue with a food item, and it was promptly corrected and THEN some. Waitstaff and manager went out of their way to make sure everything was in order. Prices are not out of line (like a lot of other restaurants)!I thought it was excellent! Good steak-- not too salty, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and tender, juicy steak and salmon! Yum! Must try the "Rattlesnake Bites!"
