Not sure how they have all the 5 star ratings myself. From 1st glance cool but you do see a buffet closed with all kinds of cleaning supplies and stuff on it. We recently just visited and are now suffering food poisoning. They put out dinner items before dinner time and yelled at us about getting said items said they'd charge us dinner prices mind you this is 2-3 in the afternoon. Not very clean and the waitress were off putting they stared a lot and giggled to themselves while watching other customers eat.

This is my new favorite place. The food is amazing and cooked perfect. Wasn't dried out at all like most other buffet places.Parking: It had great parking. However, it's so busy on caraway that I'm sure it would be a little more difficult getting out of the parking lot during rush traffic.

Have been here twice now and it's been amazing each time! Not expensive at all and delicious! We literally watched them replace food that had started getting old even though it wasn't all gone. That shows they care about the quality of their food.

I'm not sure how people keep 5 staring this place. The food was mediocre (old) grungy floor, I walked in on one of the employees washing his face in the sink just to find out that there was no soap in the soap dispenser so that's kind of gross. One buffet warmer was closed down and had their dirty mop sitting on top of it. Would have given three stars just to be kind but I feel like people are being kind giving five stars and this needs to be brought down into reality.

After eating at many Asian buffets over the years (I am 66 yrs old), this has been the best tasting meal to date. Tokyo House happily surprised me! It had all the most popular dishes on their buffet plus a couple I have never experienced before (the Octopus salad was really good). Their Coconut Shrimp is amazing! My waitress, Aliza) was on-the-spot taking care of my needs and keeping my finished dishes cleared off the table. I will be back to the Tokyo House when I am in Jonesboro again!

Husband and I go every Sunday for brunch! Love this place, always hot and fresh! Because they don’t have 100 buffet items they focus on fewer items so they are constantly being made fresh and delicious. Sushi is also amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend!

Walking into Tokyo House Buffet felt like stepping into a vibrant street market in the heart of Shanghai. The aroma of sizzling Sichuan peppers and savory stews hung heavy in the air, instantly whetting my appetite. But before I dove into the culinary delights, I couldn't help but be captivated by the hostess. Dressed in a stunning collegiate jacket and jeans, her smile was as warm as the jasmine tea she offered, and her eyes sparkled with genuine hospitality. The service throughout the meal was nothing short of impeccable. Attentive waiters whisked away empty plates and refilled water glasses with practiced ease, always ready to answer questions about the dishes and offer recommendations. They navigated the bustling buffet with the grace of dancers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all diners. But the true star of the show was the food. Tokyo House boasts an incredible selection of dishes, each bursting with the authentic flavors of mainland China. The hand-pulled were springy and coated in a fiery peanut sauce that sent shivers down my spine in the best way possible. The dumplings, plump and juicy, were filled with perfectly seasoned pork and chives, and the scallion pancakes were impossibly flaky and greaseless.Every bite was a revelation, transporting me to bustling food stalls and family kitchens across China. The chefs at Tokyo House clearly understand the art of balancing bold flavors and delicate textures, creating dishes that are both intensely satisfying and surprisingly nuanced.Beyond the culinary excellence, Tokyo House also excels in creating a lively and authentic atmosphere. The décor is a tasteful blend of traditional Chinese motifs and modern accents, with vibrant murals depicting scenes from bustling Chinese metropolises. The air buzzes with conversation and laughter, adding to the sense of convivial energy.Tokyo House is more than just a buffet; it's an immersive experience that transports you to the heart of China. From the stunning hostess to the impeccable service, and most importantly, the breathtakingly authentic flavors of the mainland, Tokyo House is a true gem for anyone seeking a taste of culinary adventure. I left feeling not just satisfied, but also enlightened and curiously eager to explore the vast and diverse world of Chinese cuisine further.Highly recommend!
