This is the closest sno cone kiosk to me. I like it. They are all the same. Today they had a young man working by himself who was entirely overwhelmed. We waited 20 minutes in line to get 2 small sno cones. Three people who were ahead of us left while we were there waiting for our turn. Management should get him some help or provide additional training. He took a LOT of time to make the snow cones but at least ours were the right flavor and size and so were everyone else's it...read full review
