First of all, we had to place our order at a kiosk, ugh. Then they took their time filling it and got part of it wrong. Then we found out our food was cold, and of course no one bothered to explain or apologize. Subsequently we had to hear the complaints of every patron that came in after us. And what's with the floors, they were so greasy that someone my age could really get hurt from a fall. Management needs to get this place fixed cause it won't last!
Placed a mobile order here for some hamburgers and chicken nuggets. The food was ok and not bad. The mobile ordering app says to go through the drive-thru but when going through the drive-thru to pick up the order they direct you to wait in the mobile order area. It would make more sense if you were directed there from the beginning. It was late at night and the restaurant was not especially busy but it took a while for the food to actually be delivered.
