I have been in and out of this restaurant for a few years now.Pros: CHATONYA (?) What a wonderfully spirited person. She was so fun and energetic. She was doing so much and, as someone who has worked fast food, I was so impressed. A lot of people were in and out waiting on delivery and in house orders but nobody got frustrated. I think its because shes a joy to watch work.Cons: I have spotted roaches roaming around in the middle of the day so they definitely had an issue. I have not seen one lately. The bathrooms are always subpar on cleanliness.

This Zaxby’s is close to the highway and east to get to. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We love their chicken.Parking: Easy to park and lots of space.

I went to get the clubs and they gave me the completely wrong sandwiches. Didn't notice until I got home. Talked to the manager on duty and she was rude about it. I was the only one in line and it was dinner hour my food shouldn't have even been wrong. Contacted corporate and they never got back to me. Food they did give me was burnt and old. The best they wanted to do is.have me waste gas to drive back so they could "make it fresh" should have been fresh and correct the first time. Wasted about 30 dollars on food i wouldn't touch. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't recommend this location at all.

Ordered from the drive thru and when I got home my order was wrong, missing an item, and my egg rolls were burnt. When I called the store, the manager answered, he told me they cook them to the time they are supposed and doubt they were actually burnt. He then proceeded to tell me I have 48hrs to pick up the replacement for the egg rolls. When I asked why the time limit, the answer was “That’s the way we do it.” Then he hung up.
They were very friendly. My home town zaxby has a 1.9 on yelp for good reasons I won’t even go there. Was nice to have friendly service!!!

I don’t care if you’re man is cheating on you or whatever you got going wrong in your life, that does not give you the right to be rude to me or anyone

My review has nothing to do with service. The service at the drive thru was great. I was totally disappointed in the house salad. I get this salad a lot of times but today was not good. You had went up in these salads but today there was nothing to it. It was as much as you usually get and there was nothing in it but lettuce, a couple of small pieces of tomato and not very much chicken. No cucumbers. No onion pieces. Nothing else. Very disappointing.
We had the chicken strip meal. It was tasty. The main reason for the post is for the cashier. She was fantastic! Her customer service was impeccable. I wish I would of gotten her name. She deserves recognition for her friendly service & smile!

I visited Slim Chickens here in Jonesboro last week and was appalled at how dirty it was and how lazy the staff was.Not here!!! Clean, bright, friendly staff, always cleaning. Very nice!Thanks, I’ll be back!

The most disgusting place to eat at! The fries were cold the bread soggy the chicken was hard. The lady at the drive thru acted like it was a inconvenience to get Bbq sauce. I would have avoided this place but sadly I was out of state and didn't know any better.

An extremely rude employee practically tossed the tray with our food onto the table. The person that took our order was very nice and seemed embarrassed of the behavior of the one that brought the tray to our table.
