Today I went to Bjs with my daughter because it is one our favorite places to go when we got there we received good service from the guy who took us to our table he was so nice and continued to ask us about our visit whenever he passed by our table our waiter on the other hand was rude she was rushing our order then when we started placing our order she interrupted serval times to find the button on her iPad I didn’t even complete my order because when I finished the sides for my meal she walked off presuming I was finished with my order I don’t know why she was rushing when she skipped our table twice and took care of the table behind us I guess because they were of a different race I was very patient because I seen that they where a little busy but the timing was only a issue because she made serval trips to the other table asking if they were ok like we wasn’t even there then when I asked her where was the blu cheese that I ordered on my steak she tried to overtalk me and then walked off the food was ok but I think it was because I waited to get myself together before eating because I was pissed but If I ever get Norma again I will definitely leave she was being racist to her own kind which is weird but the service I got from the guy who took us to our table was how our waitress should have treated us so I definitely tipped him instead of her I hope no one else experience the service I received tonight if my wasn’t asking for Bjs I would have left after the drinks
We arrived early evening with a moderately sized group. Less than 8, more than 3. We had a birthday celebration with us which we didn't even tell our server about because of the entire process. First, hostess was aloof and not engaging. It took 5 minutes to even be engaged. There were Two tables seated ahead of us which is perfectly fine but we didn't even get a greeting, a welcome, a I'll be right with you or nothing. We were seated in an already crowded section and apparently it's because they were understaffed and the poor wait staff was working multiple sections simultaneously. Our appetizers arrived after some time and they were ok. No silverware provided at the table so we had to ask someone who was not our waitress. Food took forever to come. No plates or glassware was cleared so when the manager came to our table to bring a beverage we asked for table clearance. This obviously bothered her because she was aggresively condescending during the process and incredulous we asked for dirty dishes and empty glasses removed. In the end the birthday girl was disappointed to the point where she couldn't even eat her food once it arrived and didn't even bother to ask for a dessert which was the entire reason we came. She wanted one particular dessert and was so over the entire experience she just wanted to leave. Shout out to the waitstaff for holding down all those sections though.

Went to BJ’s on 3/1/24. In Little Rock ARThe waiter arrived with an attitude. I ordered a filet mignon. I have no idea what they served me. I sent it back and the waiter returned with the same meat. I guess they don’t know anything about cuts of meat BUT they charged me over $25 for the fatty meat. Not going back.

Flying solo this weekend, and sat at the bar. Walked right in for bar seating, 7:30. Bartender was slammed, but super friendly. Food came out quick. Loved the music on. Got the pepperoni flatbread, and LightSwitch. ?

Stopped in for lunch. We got the soup and salad lunch. the wedge showed up almost naked after the server said it was drenched with blu chese.The tortilla soup on the first round was good on the second just broth. This used to be a good lunch, now however NOT. The server however was nice and attentive. I started eating here shortly after this establishment opening some time ago and the downward spiral is unfortunate.

Great food. Service was terrible. Took about 2 hrs from order until food was on the table. If you are not free all evening then this isnt the place for you.*update* food has definitely slipped. They are out of probably half their menu items. The kitchen completely forgot to make items for our party. I can't blame the wait staff, this is entirely a poor management issue, maybe even at the regional level.

Took over an hour and and a half to get food. Some warm, most cold. Got there at 2:39 with a 2:30pm reservation for 6. I am leaving now at 4:50pm. We had to keep asking for basic things like water, small plates, napkins because 2 of our party were children. Food partially warm and cold is on the kitchen in my book. I've waited many a table and I am extremely patient but this was ridiculous. When I got my salad, yep, salmon Ceasar took over an hour btw, I went to put pepper on it,(I was not offered fresh pepper and i guess that's ok) The whole pepper shaker dumped pepper all over my food making it inedible. I waited and waited to ask for assistance anf got ignored. I finally got up to look for a manager. I hate doing that. I was ignored by all other staff until I got the manager coming on duty. She just walked into this mess and I don't blame her. I calmly explained everything. She did her best to make it right. I had a similar experience at the North Little Rock location and left no review. I honestly don't like to leave negative reviews, but I want to make it clear in this one.

We sat in the dining room for over 30 minutes without service.
Good food and lots of space. There was a wait when we arrived but the high top tables in the bar section are first come so we sat immediately. Enjoyed our time and will likely be back.

Atmosphere, food, and our server were all nice. But, it took forever to get our food. Appetizers came on on a timely basis and so did our drinks, but our waiter kept apologizing for the kitchen being busy, and someone from the kitchen also came out and apologized. Apparently there was a rather large table in the restaurant and the kitchen was backed up. But, it did take a very long time. After it finally arrived, dinner was good. I would have given the restaurant a four star for a casual burger type/steak restaurant except for the long wait to have our dinner arrive at our table. I will still try again because the food was good and our server was nice.
