I normally never have an issue when eating inside, but tonight, I did to go order... and the order wasn't correct.. I should have checked before I got all the way home (my mistake), but it's been a long, rough day... and didn't. Now I know better.Potato was completely plain.... I ordered a loaded spud on this order and asked for chili as well, and the young lady who took the order even repeated it back. It didn't make it on there... nothing else made it either. The only thing I asked for was no bacon ( that part was correct). The other dinner that had a loaded spud was correct.. ?‍♀️And here is the other dinner that was incorrect as well...?‍♀️?‍♀️The $72.00 was not worth it tonight.I understand everyone has off nights. So I get it, I'm not mad. It was just a slight letdown.

I guess because it was the lunch crowd they decided to give me a pre made burger instead of making it fresh. My fries were hot out the grease. BUT my cheeseburger wasn’t even warm. Highly disappointed.

We ordered through the drive thru. I got the bacon cheddar cheeseburger combo with onion rings and my bf got the double mushroom swiss cheeseburger combo with okra. We also ordered a peach cobbler to share. The total was around $34.00. Pretty steep but okay, maybe the food justifies that price but that wasn't the case at all. My cheeseburger had a patty that was too small for the bun, so it had way too much bread. The patty itself was very thin and very dry. The whole burger ate dry. The bacon was not hot or crispy. It was cold and flabby. The bun had been smashed, like it had been flattened. The cheese was nonexistent. If there was some on it, I couldn't tell. My bf had the same complaints for his double mushroom cheeseburger. I will say the onion rings were outstanding. Fresh, crunchy, well-seasoned. The same for the okra. Finally, the peach cobbler was inedible. The pastry was raw and grainy, and the peaches were swimming in water. It was very unpleasant. Maybe if the burgers had been more substantial but they were so small and dry that it did not justify the price. I think my combo was $10.99 and my bf's was about $15. The cobbler was around $5. It was too expensive for what we got. And for a place that chargrills its burgers, there was no discernable chargrilled flavor.

Quality food, beware if you get takeout. My order was unbelievably miserly. For over $30, I received five small bits of steak, a plain potato, and a small cube of butter. Very disappointed.

The food is very good, but more importantly, the employees are very gracious and helpful. We have been in Little Rock for several weeks for medical treatments and it can be exhausting, but the mood of those helping at the counter help to lift my spirits and keep me moving forward. Thank you Black Angus!

Aways great, especially when I'm uberring. I just swing by the drive thru to get the hickory burger, crinkle fries, and coke or sprite. Then I'm on to my next pickup. And even though I've never tried them, my grandson loves the chicken and dumplings!

First time there always wanted to try them out and I finally got around to it. The food is good and the portions are really good. Prices are moderate and service is almost excellent.Wheelchair accessibility: ♿

Ordered a RibEye steak in San Bernardino. Received a very dry and tough Sirloin instead. No marbling at all. I asked to speak to the chef to explain why a Sirloin was substituted for a $30+ Ribeye. But the chef could not speak English. So I ended up sharing my wife's undercooked Prime Rib for my birthday dinner. Better to go next door to Claim Jumper. Their RibEye is advertised on their website as "well marbled for peak flavor and delicious juiciness".

Food was great, didn't get a picture! But the staff here is so welcoming and friendly and made the experience very enjoyable beyond just the meal, a great place for a bite!

Always wanted to stop and eat there but just got around to it. I'm pleasantly pleased with the experience. Had the catfish, two piece, and the portion was man-sized ‼️ but the price was not. Really nice place ???
