I grew up in Otter Creek and there’s stiff competition between Cinco de Mayo and Las Palmas for our neighborhood and this area. I’m here to tell you how it is. Cinco de Mayo has at least 3x better food quality but the prices of the drinks at Las Palmas are about 2x better. Unbeatable drink prices but very basic (some might say mediocre) mexican food. Your pick but I love both, just depends on the mood.
A bit pricey. I can usually get a bowl of cheese dip and an extra cocktail for the price I paid. I was given steak tacos instead of chicken. I didn't send them back, because it was late and I still had an hour left to drive home.

Foods good but service.. TERRIBLE. WORST SERVICE IVE EVER GOTTEN. Hand on the Bible. Waiter slammed our drinks down, I asked him for a side of shrimp, didn’t want to give us some, and he never came to check on us. Hire someone with a better attitude. Foods good though…

The food is always hot and perfectly how I order it. I get the alambres with chicken, no bacon. I've ordered it in Spanish and English, as some of the servers don't all know a lot of English. It's always on point. The guac is to die for and everything comes out so quickly!
