worst Mexican food I have ever had. food tasted old and improperly stored freezer burned me and my wife took a couple bites and felt ill. we explained as much to our waitress who really had nothing say about it not even a apology. I have never felt so ripped off in my life If I was less moral I would have refused to pay.

We’ve been coming here for years. You know you’ve found the best Mexican restaurant in the city when this is the place out of town Latino visitors come for food. Best tortilla soup in the world. Authentic Mexican style tortilla chips and salsa. The Dos Equis beer mugs are always frosty. Make sure to try the off menu specials. This isn’t a typical LR “out- the - can” Mexican joint like El Porton or a Tex mex place posing as a fake Mexican restaurant. It’s my favorite restaurant in LR.

We always enjoy our time at Casa Manana West. The staff is always courteous & helpful, the food is sooo good& that back patio just seals the deal.We just love their arsada street tacos & Mexican potatoes (didn’t realize what we’d been missing?!) & today tried the Devil style shrimp over poblano rice - if I say it had a kick, there was a KICK. In a good way! While there seems to be a little confusion since it sits so close to Milano’s Italian next door (ALSO a hit!!!), go check them out - you’ll likey.

It was kind of dark. But the food was really good! And the service was good too! I wanted to try their Crab Soup. But wasn't sure I would like it. They let me try it first and if I didn't like it I could swap it out. But I LOVED it! It was so good. And that was just the side item!
