Poor customer service the kids in the drive was very rude, I asked for the manager and she comes out with a blank face as if I’m bothering her too with no reply once I explain too her. I expect this type of behavior at McDonald’s, and it seems to be a regular thing here also.✌️I choose where I spent my dollars well wishes ?
Me and my daughter love chick fil a , however this location is the worst the first time I came food was SUPER COLD now this time I place a Mobil order like 35 min ago BEFORE I LEFT MY Home checked in about 20 min ago and still haven’t gotten my food it’s 7:50 am

I'm from Texas and the service here was excellent ! 2nd day in arkansas and andre was able to give me the best experience i've had in a while. The staff is so nice as well and little was the one that took my order. Everyone here is amazing at their job. Keep serving that chicken !!!!

We drove out of the way to come to this restaurant for the play structure pictured in the reviews. No play structure or indoor seating.We waited at the window to order anyways but after a few minutes of waiting no one came so we left.

I got nothing that I ordered, the employee that took my order did not pay attention at all and didn't repeat back to verify if he got everything I asked for, they weren't even busy only 3 cars in the drive thru, won't be visiting this location ever

This is the worst Chick-fil-A we’ve been to. Employees are rude and sassy! Makes it uncomfortable to order. Then when they forget items or mess up the order make it seem as if it’s your fault! This place is insane!
