My favorite place to eat, especially when traveling. Their food is very consistent. Never a surprise or disappointment. They keep the restaurant very clean and even the bathrooms. The staff is usually trained to be very friendly and helpful and they were. This was a newer store and had a little different design. I have dined in and use the drive-thru and both were good experiences.
First time at this location. The staff as is normally the case was friendly and helpful. Food was delivered promptly and accurately. Spicy Chicken Sandwich was crisper than normal and very tasty. Forgot to get a side sauce to help with texture. Overall a good visit.
Didn't receive what i ordered.. The bread on the chicken sandwich taste terrible. Otter Creek is the only Chick fa la I have ever had a problem with.

We stopped by for milkshakes, and we ordered a strawberry and a chocolate. The chocolate didn't taste like chocolate and had some little hard pieces in it. The strawberry was drinkable but not great.
