I ordered $70 worth of food online the day after Thanksgiving. I checked online to ensure they were open and (like every other service ever), assumed it would reject the order if that wasn’t the case. The online service took my order and payment without issue. When I went to go pick-up the order, the building was closed down. I assumed it was just because of the holiday weekend. I tried to call back multiple times for a refund in the next couple days - no one ever picked up. I drove by the building during normal hours - they were never open. I was then told from locals that the Old Cantrell location may be permanently closed.I called my bank to ask them to reverse the charge. A month later, I’m told the charge is final. So here I am back to trying to call the restaurant’s number and still cannot get an answer. Their number rings, but I’m still not convinced this place is operating. Their other location is equally useless and just tells me to keep calling.Don’t order from them. I don’t understand how their online ordering tool allows them to fully charge for an order if the restaurant isn’t even running to accept it. I ended up going to another restaurant, ordered the same exact items, and it was not only $20 cheaper, but absolutely delicious.

Absolutely loved the egg drop soup and fast pickup from ordering online. And what a value! A bowl for $8.00 and it was enough soup that I can have some tonight for supper. I'm definitely come back to try the other offerings here. Keep up the good work Chi's!

Tried it out though It was a little out of the way. Pretty solid asian Cafe. The chicken and egg drop were both particularly good, though the rice was a little simple.

The mapo tofu is too sweet for me but the curry beef is very delicious. Surprisingly there is no one dine in or maybe we just too early? (5:30pm) But, it looks like most of them doing to go.

We showed up towards the end of the business day and were greeted and seated without issue period. I ordered 2 entrees With one To split between 2 of us and without asking they brought us additional plates. Overall it was a very good experience.

Don't order online without calling first. I placed an order through their website at 6:50 pm on a Saturday night. I went to pick it up only to find a locked door and that my card had been charged $46. I called the other location to see if they would help and they refused to help or even let me speak to anyone in charge. Never again...
Charged me $74 for an order that was cancelled 5 min after it was ordered and still hasn’t refunded me after a week

The only sound was the refrigerator hum. Bless her heart, the server had trouble understanding the menu. The egg roll and wonton part of the dinner came out after the entrée. I enjoyed my Thai spicy chicken.Parking: Shared lot in small strip mall.

I just got the best service I've probably ever had in my life. I accidentally placed an order for the Chenal location and came here to pick it up. The server picked up the phone and fixed the whole thing for me, and was super nice about doing it! Then they made my food super quick. I've been coming to the old Shackleford location and this one for years, the Walnut Shrimp is our birthday special dinner favorite. Love this place, wish I lived closer so I could come more often!

It was kind of late on a Sunday. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken. There were children of the family in the restaurant. They were not a nuisance but it’s weird to have kids just hanging out, going into the kitchen, waiting for the family to get off.Food was unexpectedly delicious… well the chicken was. Tasted fresh and was very hot… and a little spicy. The rice left a lot to be desired. Very bland!Prices were very reasonable.
