The facility was clean and well maintained. The young lady who waited the counter was very sweet and helpful. The food was awful. 49$+ for a large pizza that was the size of most mediums at other places. 4 wing pieces, 6 cheese bread sticks and a half order of fries. My kids wouldn't eat the pizza, it had no taste and was hard. The cheese sticks were ok as long as you dipped them in the provided marinara and the fries were only half cooked. The deal we ordered came with 4 drinks. I ordered an extra drink for $2.99 that I didn't get. We left the food. The kids had a great time playing games so it was not an bad over all experience. Oh and the Chuckle Cheese character came out once while we were there but wouldn't stop for pictures. I happened to catch one as he was walking by.Parking: Large open parkingKid-friendliness: There is a lot for kids to do. Just take a lot of money if you plan to stay for more than half an hour.

While it brought back memories from when I was a kid, I'm not sure I will take my children back there. Half the games didn't work properly, the salad bar was old and mostly empty, and the staff couldn't even be bothered to smile. Not the best experience for a kids' birthday party place.

The last time I was in a Cc, they still had the creepy robots on stage. Now its a big screen with kid music. Pretty good upgrade ?Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free!

First and foremost the Staff was very rude and it seems as if they're ghetto. From the management team all the way down to the party hosts. The management team cancelled our party in our face even though we were there 30 minutes prior to the party start time. So, we decided to still stay and enjoy our 4 year olds birthday because that's where she wanted to go. The food and service was even more terrible. This Chuck E Cheese location gives the whole franchise a bad name. I really feel like upper management should revamp the entire team. Especially after spending over $1000 in the establishment we were treated as if we were the problem. We will be taking our business to North Little Rock where it's nicer, has better food, a better atmosphere, and not dirty.

Food was good but very expensive. Service was friendly for the most part. Atmosphere could use some work. Some games didn't work at all., some worked but were missing stuff. Some buttons didnt work. It could use some up keep.
This establishment is very unprofessional and so is the manager “Lowe”. They made the wrong pizza for my children and the lady told us to take it and that they will make another one. After taking the pizza to the table, and my kids getting a slice, then a guy comes out and takes the pizza back and walks it back to the kitchen after being eaten on. They are all seen in the kitchen eating pizza. When I asked to speak with the manager about the situation, he wanted to tell me the lady has autism and that she can’t do social interactions. Nothing was wrong with the way that woman communicated and what does her being autistic have to do with anything. If that’s the case and the excuse he is going to use, he should put someone else in charge. I’ve never heard of a place giving you something that’s wrong, letting you eat it, then take it back. They don’t take food back through a drive through window when they make the wrong order and it’s been eaten on. Lowe was very unprofessional about the situation and so was his little employees sitting back laughing about the situation. He never had on a name tag, so he could really be giving me a false name.
