Copelands is our go-to-place for unplanned celebrations! No reservations, ever. Excellent food. Reasonable prices. Beautiful ambience. Great service. Can't ask for more!

Long story short, we had a group reservation for 7 pm. Everyone besides me was there before 7 pm. I had to work until 8 pm. By the time I arrived at 8:15 pm, everyone was still waiting to be seated. After my arrival, we all continued to wait until after 10 pm. We called Texas Roadhouse right down the way and they said that they could seat us after a short wait. We left Copeland's and went to Texas Roadhouse and we were seated after 10 minutes of arrival. This was my first experience with Copeland's and I will NEVER go again!

I was disappointed. They were out of the chicken wings. Then we ordered the spring rolls. They were out of the spring rolls so we ordered the 1/2 chicken. It was hot and fresh but not the reason for the visit.

My family and visit Copeland today. My daughter’s choice. Why is it so dark. We was seated in the aisle of the restaurant. It was dark there was no light above us. The waiter passed our table several times without asking did we need anything ( water is what we needed). Salad came with the entree. Sad to say my visit was not meet satisfying results today

Started making the portions smaller and charging the same prices. When I asked about it the manager just said they had a menu change..so the change was the portion size? Wont go back

Poor experience for Valentine's day last night. Saw our waiter twice, someone else dropped off our food, had to get up and find someone to bring us silverware. Had to wave someone down for a to-go box and our check.

The food was delicious, I enjoyed my Tomato basil pasta, and my husband liked his shrimp Tasso pasta as well. The cheesecake was delicious!! I had the caramel praline, and he had the original. Both were great. Our server was very friendly and took good care of us. We enjoyed our visit here. Thanks!

Food is so good. Service was not great on our most recent visit but they were getting ready for a private party. But the food is always great! Yum

Really good white chocolate cheesecake with strawberries, and great eggs and hash browns. Was let down with the french toast with white chocolate and raspberry swirl. Wasn't sweet enough, would have loved whipped cream on it. My jaw dropped when I saw my neighbors strawberry french toast. His french toast was topped with actual fruit strawberries and lots of whipped cream. Maybe I will get strawberry french toast next time.

I ordered a cup of gumbo and it had one very tiny shrimp in it. It had great taste and just the right amount of spice but one tiny shrimp!!! Sad day for the shrimp industry if thiis is all they got out of the gulf.

For all those with bad reviews try sitting at bar. Sheka was excellent. Service was flawless. The blackened chicken and it was so good. I loved the Woo woo martini. Every thing was so good. First time but won't be last

I was with a party of about 12 people last night. The first half of the party was already there before 7:30. Both the host were rude and kept saying it was going to be a 15 minute wait. We asked multiple times why we couldn't get seated and was told we had to wait. I walked to the restroom and seen it was tables available to accommodate our party. At 8:50, our group made the decision to go across the street to Texas Roadhouse where we were almost sat down immediately. This will be the last time I will go to Copland's.

Service was not so good. At one point had to get up and get the water jug off the back of our booth and fill our own glasses bc we couldn't get our server to even look in our direction. My Alfredo had so much black pepper in it that I almost couldn't eat it. Our friend's fish had bones in it, and the manager wasn't very apologetic about it at all. He gave them $10 off that meal and then put on the ticket, "customer didn't want" as the reason for the discount.

On the rare occasion my wife and I are able to have a child free date night, we love Copeland's! It's not a cheap place to eat by any stretch of the imagination, especially if you add adult beverages to your order. However, you get what you pay for, and with Copeland's you get an amazing, intimate low light atmosphere, attentive servers, and top shelf cuisine. They're known primarily for their seafood, which my wife tells me is phenomenal, but they have amazing beef and chicken options for weirdos like me who have an aversion to things that come out of the water. Copeland's is as close to a perfect dining experience as you'll find in the state.

First time here; first time at any Copeland's. We waited an hour, really an hour, for our food. There was just four of us. So the service was just horrible. The food was nothing more than mediocre. The atmosphere was fine; the prices were way over the top for the food they serve. We will never go back. Save yourself the disappointment and try someplace else!
