The food was okay but our waitress was very nice and did a great job with our table. The atmosphere wasn’t bad but if you been to one Cracker Barrel you have been to them all.

We had a group of 10. The waitress was exceptionally efficient, helpful, and patient. We were visiting, and a few arrived at different times. She (your team) managed to get the right (delicious) food to every person. This was an exceptional visit. Thank you for helping us long-time friends, from (at least) 3 states, pleasantly enjoy our last meal together for a while. We even visited on the porch a little while longer, afterwards.

I’ve gone to Cracker Barrel’s from time to time over the years and the food has always been decent. This one in Little Rock was terrible. They weren’t full and we had to wait 15 minutes to sit. The server had a terrible attitude and the chicken was dry and over cooked. The fish was under cooked. It just seemed like it had all been sitting out for awhile. It didn’t taste good either.

Service was horrible. Had to keep asking server for things she should have brought automatically. Turkey dressing and gravy were cold. Cook didnt put sweet potato casserole on plate. Ask waitress to bring it and she rolled her eyes at me. This is a horrible cracker barrell and should be closed so it doesn't hurt cracker barrells reputation. Whole experience was horrible. 2 nd time ive eaten at this store and same experience!!!
