I absolutely love Crumbl Cookie. But one thing I’m a little skeptical about the prices. Don’t get me wrong one cookie isn’t that much but once you get all of the cookies it adds up. One thing I LOVE is the store. It’s very clean, and all of the workers are nice too.
I love their cookies though I would personally add a little more salt to the recipes.I don’t UNDERSTAND why they have all of this space for standing. Maybe add some simple benches for waiting.

My rating is based off of the Cantrell location and mainly the night team. It’s almost always close to closing when I go in on Saturday night and it is always the same closing employee with locs that has the best attitude and always helpful on selections.
