The service at this location is poor, unlike most DQ locations where it’s usually pretty good.There are some kind people working here, but then there are some others that probably shouldn’t be. Might want to steer clear of this location until hopefully corporate ever straightens it all out.

9:45 last night - daughter wanted a hamburger- instead of going to Burger King and Sonic about two minutes away she wanted to go to this place? Order taker was rude - said something like hey dude don’t you know that is Dairy Queen - couldn’t get the hamburger correct - mustard and all the vegetables- pickles- onions-lettuce- tomato- like the way we do it at our Sonic’s. Got home she gets a little burger with some mustard and two pickles- Really?? For everyone recommend you check your order before you leave and let slide the 15-20 dollar per her teenager behind the counter and accept that is just where we’re at now. In my day running one of my Sonics I would have fired this person but maybe this person is all you can get to get some time off from work. sad!

First time going to get breakfast here and they left off my eggs after confirming what cheese I wanted on them, and the bacon was burnt. The only thing correct was my biscuits & gravy but the meal was almost $10. I was told I would get a refund that they never actually sent through.

Wow. First, its a Wednesday evening at 7pm and we're the 4th car in the drive-thru, its not busy. It dosent take long to get to the menu to order. But once we get to the window, we have to give our order again cause the cashier messed up apparently. She has us move up to their "waiting area" where we sit for 10 minutes before they come up and ask what our order was. We correct her then 5 minutes later another employee comes up and, again, repeats the wrong order to us. Theres literally only one other car there. COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE. I do NOT recommend coming here for overpriced below average food.

Had a horrible experience and my chicken strips were literally breading. The lady Elizabeth that was taking our order tried to charge me for everything no matter what she was gonna charge me for everything she acted very scared when we asked for our cup to get our drink. Even asked for a manager when I asked for a different chicken strip and almost cried when I asked him why she was acting skiddish and mysterious. Drug test her

The young man at the window was cool however once I got home I discovered that they prepared the wrong burger, I did ask about the various burgers so I'll take the responsibility for getting the order wrong. Taste was pleasant though I'm not too keen on the spicy aspect. I will go back for another in the future.

I recommend a water only.Was a liquid blizzard, aka sweet milk with chocolate and nutty chunks in it. Not so appealing when its half melted. Waited extremely long time, although the 2 cars in front of me had no food orders, only cups of coldish sweet chocolate milk, too!Not a fan of drive-thru milk with candy chunks at bottom of cup! Soupy to where the guy at window didnt flip the cups over on mine or the cars ahead either! He knew what was up and didnt wanna clean it up!
