I love love love Sarena at the bar. Me and my boyfriend come every other week during happy hour and she does an excellent job at ensuring we’re ok. I’d definitely spend money here and with Sarena! Keep up the good work!

Worst service ever. Food was brought out one plate at a time and lengthy time between delivery. The first plate came out 30 minutes after ordered and the others were not served until 60 minutes after ordered. Other people who came in after us received their food very quickly. Server tried to say it was because they ordered appetizers, not true, they ordered sandwiches. A manager came to our table and tried to make excuses. Tried to say the kitchen has 30 minutes to get food out. Then why did it take an hour?The frustrating part is we had to pay an automatic tip because we were a group of 13. Main Event isn’t too far down the road. Maybe they’ll provide better service.

Menu isn't as full or good as it use to be..the food use to be outstanding n now it's ok..they took off my favorites like ceaser wrap. Wish they would add laser tag
I came here around 10pm, decided to dine before trying the arcade, and it took a whopping 15 minutes before we got our drinks and another added 30 minutes before we got any food OR drinks/refills, and to top it off, some other lady ended up giving us our ranch. I still have no idea what happened to our waitress, like she disappeared off the face of the earth.I still tipped reasonably despite the awful service, but I learned my lesson that I won't be so generous the next time a situation like this happens again. My last gripe, is that for some reason there isn't any atms which I find unusual for a place like this that would be the norm to have.

This place is great!! Excellent food, fun games, and special shout out to the best bartender there, Sareena!! She is there on Wednesdays. We come here every week and always have a great time. Get the avocado chicken sandwich and truffle fries, you won’t be sorry. Also they are renovating and making a really cool “Social Bay” and I can’t wait to see it finished!
