What a great little hole in the wall restaurant! Was in LR for business and our local sales rep brought me here. We had the porterhouse steak and it was fantastic!Such friendly staff.Would go back again if I’m ever in LRThe tamales with chili and boiled shrimp appetizer were fantastic as well

Went here with my wife on a date. Honestly I thought the food was just OK I’ve had better salad we thought the salad was a bit too wet for our liking as we like a salad that’s more dry with some crunch to it and for the price for the steak I thought was overpriced half the steak we got was gristle and the chili to me was a bit greasy service was good atmosphere was good, but I think for that kind of money the steak should be all meat and I can go get 3 pounds of steak at the meat market for about half of what you’re charging Mountain Dew was a plus though

My go to place for steak in Little Rock... atmosphere similar to when Clinton was governor. Tamales with chili are a comfort food in these trying times. Great memories of working lunches and steak frites (but don't call it that here) dinners at Doe's!

Love this old LR restaurant. If you enjoy eating where the locals eat, this is your place. Tamales and chili sauce with always crispy saltines are a huge must! Burgers and fries pretty darn tasty. Oh, and don’t forget the family sized steaks ordered to your perfection.
