I wandered in here looking for a quick bite someplace close by. The man who greeted me was very welcoming and saw me to a table. Instead of chips and salsa I was served pillowy fried chip wheels and a glass jar of sliced jalapeños, onions, and carrots. They were fantastic together. I was blown away when my tacos arrived. The food at this place is WONDERFUL! I felt like I was earing food cooked by my friends' parents in Colorado again. The carne asada was cooked with just the right amount of char on the edges to give it that fresh of the grill flavor without being chewy.
