As much as I wanted to like this place, I just didn't. The spicy rigatoni had no flavor what so ever. The drinks were by far the best thing we had. I just wasn't impressed. I'm hoping it was just a bad night.

Well designed space with unbelievable sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes have a crispy crunchy exterior with a sweet and balanced center topped with an aioli. Pair this with the Kavanaugh chopped salad and you'll have the perfect dinner or lunch. Don't miss the speak easy in the back. The staff was knowledgeable and the recommendations were spot on.

So it definitely took a second to get reservations, so if you want a table, you probably can't just show up on Friday night without a reservation. We went for dinner and it's a nice location in the heights. The atmosphere was a little subdued to be honest, like I felt a bit like I didn't want to talk very loud because it was so quiet around us. We tried the crudo for an appetizer and it was great: fresh Hamachi, seasoned well, great presentation. We tried some pasta because we heard it was really good, so we ordered the blue crab carbonara and the bucatini amatriciana. The flavors in both were great but I preferred the blue crab carbonara, it was rich and the crab was fresh and it all went well together. But, for both dishes, the pasts was undercooked. I like al dente pasta and all but this was just undercooked. The giant slice of cheesecake for dessert was really good as well, and it's enough to feed 2 or 3 people. I'll probably go back at some point because the food is good, but the atmosphere was not quite for me.

Had a great experience in Barnabys last night, little speak easy inside of George’s restaurant and was blown away. Every meal, desert and drink that was being delivered to tables that I saw was a what is that? I want that! I didn’t not see one item that was not eye appealing and that is a major compliment. We decided to have yellow fish appetizer & the catch of the day and George’s lasagna with the sweet potatoes for our main course and the lemon stawberry desert. Everything was so delicious with vibrant and new flavors. Definitely would love to come back just to eventually try everything on the menu. The place is a little pricey and well worth every cent. Don’t let the price let you shy away from trying this place atleast once. If you are a foodie like me. It’s worth it and you will want to go back.

I don't think I could speak highly enough about George's. We came here dinner and were seated by the very handsome front of house manager at the bar in the speakeasy, Barnaby. The vibe and ambiance in Barnaby was absolutely awesome. Everything from the decor and seating, to the lighting and music was so cool and gives this place such a great atmosphere. The food was even better than I expected, which was a lot. We started with the meatballs and focaccia, followed by the chicken Parmesan and the bucatini. Everything we had was so good and then we had the mascarpone cheesecake. This may have been the best cheesecake I've ever had. Last but not least Lauren, the bartended , was so great and so knowledgeable. She definitely add a lot to our unbelievable experience at George's. I cannot recommend this place enough.

My wife and I were invited to dinner by some friends and told this place had a month wait to get in. The appetizers were good. As far as the main courses my food was cold. Overall we felt it was over hyped. Maybe will try again and give another try but wasn’t overly impressed this go around. The pistachio gelato was good though..

Went here for a friend’s birthday dinner. I do have to say that I love how they decorated this place. I ordered the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and it was amazing. The bread with Parmesan and garlic was so good. My friend had the cheesecake and it tasted so good. I had the chocolate gelato, it was good but had a hint of mint which I could have done without as I’m not a mint person. I’m assuming it was by the mint chocolate and just carried over to the chocolate. Overall I would definitely check this place out. It’s the best Italian in LR. I can’t wait to bring my daughter as she loves Italian.

Had my birthday dinner here and it was such a fun experience! I can’t stop thinking of the Pepperberry Fizz cocktail! Loved our server, and the cheesecake was perfection. I will definitely be back!

Can't say enough good things about this restaurant and what it brings to Little Rock's food scene, but I will plead my case once again about the rigatoni: it needs to be rolled out thinner. I fear there is no way to cook a pasta that thick all the way through. It is described as al dente, but that's not what it is: There was actual uncooked white flower inside the walls of the pasta. This dish is so close to perfection (the sauce is incredible) that I feel the need to fight for it.

Don't normally leave reviews but the hype around this place was wild. Got to experience it myself and was extremely disappointed. It's high priced mediocre Italian food at best. Might be a step above Olive Garden but the pricing doesn't make it feel that way. Got the bolognese and it wasn't good at all.

Laura was amazing …drinks are exceptional fried Brussels mind blowing and the shrimpScampi with bread is to die for. Chicken parm is very fresh but not my favorite but the Alfredo with shrimp woah amazing and had skinny Italian cocktail Fire ended with espresso martini perfect evening will be back. Love how intimate and charming this restaurant is definitely a Jem in the heights to protect and keep
