My son in law had to leave without his dinner because the cook couldn't get his act together!!! We waited for almost an hour! They took it off our ticket. The manager didn't even apologize! The waitress came and told us she had asked the cook several times for our shrimp and nachos but she said he kept skipping our order and filling others that had arrived after us!

the food was horrible. The wings were cold. It looked like a bite was taken out of one. The service was horrible waited an hour and a half to get food. Took like 30 minutes to get a staff worker to give us a seat asked for refills twice waiting an hour for them and never got them I would give them a 0 star review if I could

Took 5 minutes to get seated, another 10 to get a waitstaffs attention at the table, 15 minutes for a beer & another 45 minutes for 1 order of wings.Heavily staffed and 1/4 of the tables utilized. Watched a line of people stand at the door waiting to be seated for 20 minutes.On top of this, wings are small!

Worst service we have ever had at a Hooters. Our server had 3 tables and was slow as cold molasses. I asked for Remolade when we ordered our appetizer never got it! Even after asking a second time. Husbands glass was empty before we got our food, had to tell her to fill it.

If zero stars was possible that's what they deserve. Waited almost 2 hours to recieve food. Waitress was very absent. The place wasn't busy at all. It was a game night. I should have seen that as a warning. Was never asked if I wanted a drink refill. Worst experience ever. I believe all the staff was hanging out in the kitchen.
New, clean, great server by the name of Raley, great place to sit and enjoy a game and have a drink!

This Hooters lacks something. There's typically very few people in and just seems a little boring compared to others. The staff is nice and polite but not very friendly.

Football, pretty girls, spicy garlic shrimp ? & an ice cold IPA. What more can a guy ask for! To top it all off, there's a Bass Pro shop across the street.
