The manager manager was on shift when I went she was very rude about us accidentally parking at the curbside pick up. As well as she started cursing us in english, thinking that we only knew spanish.

We are regular costumers in IHOP and from Monday thru Wednesday we get great service but Thursday and Friday there is this waitress that has an awful attitude that gets our order wrong and just makes you feel uncomfortable. One time she took 1 hour in our order she kept saying it will be ready but never came. When we decided to leave she brought it out and we we told her that it was ok she got mad and slammed the whole plate in the trash while cussing which caused the plate to break. The waitress name is Sheletha we do not recommend coming on mornings if you wanna start off good.

First time at this IHOP and it will be the last. I went in hungry and left even hungrier and very disappointed. The quesadilla had almost NOTHING. And Lechera's pancakes didn't have lechera but a substitute for an "x" cream with vanilla. I definitely won't return to this place to leave my money in exchange for a bad experience. The only nice thing about the place was the waitress (Alisha ) which is why I leave the two stars.

When we got there, we were the only people there. Then we had to wait one hour and 15 min for the food. The eggs were so uncooked and the hashbrown were uncooked. The person that broght us the food gived us weid looks and even scearmed at us.

The manager did not want to give me a military discount because it was National Pancake Day and we got pancakes for free. Eventhough, we paid for a full meal that came with pancakes, so we gave the free pancakes back just so that we can get the military discount. She had an attitude as if we were bothering her. She stated that we cannot have something free and get a military discount.
