The restaurant was very busy when we came, so in all honesty I didn’t expect much in terms of service. I was definitely wrong to assume. Our server Cassie was very attentive even with what appeared to be a full load of tables. I think she even picked up a table for her coworker who seemed overwhelmed. I saw her go back and forth from the back a few times carrying to the front what looked like restock items. She was kind, and made sure to get all our modifications down correctly. We were seen almost immediately upon sitting and food was fast. We never had to worry about refills or forgotten condiments because our server Cassie was on top of it! I also liked how she thanked the bussers when they helped her clean off tables. Will most definitely be coming back and hopefully being sat with her again. Her manager/s should be proud to have her a part of their team.

The food was great. Our waitress was really sweet and made sure we were well taken care of.Dietary restrictions: Can't eat cheese. They left cheese off my omelet.

I had ordered online the girl that took my order didn't write anything down that I said...I told her what to put in separate containers and what I wanted to add on the side...she acted as if she had somewhere else to be and kept saying anything else even tho she didn't write down anything I said...picked up order all wrong all my food in the same container just a food sandwich that I didn't ask for...complained to the Manager a Hispanic woman that acted as if she was helping...got home all they did was just put all the same food in different containers...so my eggs still had onions etc...I haven't been here in two years and I won't be back...people give instructions because that's how they want their food that is being paid for...messed up my morning I should have just cooked my own breakfast

I hate to say that our experience at this IHOP location was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty, it took a long 10 minutes just to be seated. With only four tables occupied, there was no excuse for such a delay.To make matters worse, the service we received from the black gentleman with long dreads and the young black lady with bleached hair top was shockingly rude. Throughout our visit, they completely ignored our group. After waiting patiently for 30 minutes without any attention, we made the decision to leave.As we were leaving, the young lady had the audacity to smirk and bid us farewell with a condescending “have a nice night.” This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable in any establishment, let alone a restaurant that relies on customer satisfaction.I’m truly disappointed and left wondering what we could have possibly done to deserve such treatment. I urge management to review the security footage from April 27, 2024, at 10:32pm to gain a better understanding of the situation and receive some clarity.I attend many chamber events and will definitely be speaking about this experience in my network circles. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

I was in this part of town getting a vaccine at Med Express. My girlfriend and I are on keto, so we ordered a keto friendly omelette from the nearest IHOP, which was this one. When we arrive for our pick up we received our bag and made it home on the other end of down. What we took out was the wrong order. We called and the management was very apologetic and offered to replace it. This was extremely inconvenient, we were hungry and hadn't eaten that morning, and ate limited on what we can eat, and now we had to drive across down. We were also forced (on door dash) to choose a side which was not keto friendly; the options were hash browns, fruit, or toast, we had to give them to someone asking for food on the road. All of this is the reason for the low rating.Now the reason it's not a one star; when we called to to tell them about this they were very quick to try and fix this. Our correct order was still there at the store. They were very apologetic, and when we arrived they offered to remake the meal. We were thankful for their attitudes and response to the mistake.

First we waited 20 minutes to even get our order taken, then when we do, the short guy balding guy has an attitude forcefully tapping the screen to make it obvious. the first thing my friend asked for was a strawberry lemonade in which he tapped the screen, and that gave us the idea that he charged us for it . All 3 friends heard them say it, we wait for our order to realize we didn’t get our drink. We spoke up to say we didn’t get it he argues with us saying we didn’t order a drink when it was the first thing that came out our mouths. I say “I heard her say it” to my friend and he walks by slowly letting us know they we didn’t ask for it and chuckles with an attitude. At that moment we lost our appetite so we then walked out only to realize we weren’t given our syrup, so the one that paid goes in to make sure she wasn’t charged for it, and get us some syrup and he rudely says “if they wanted the lemonade so bad why did they leave” to clarify we left due to the attitude and rudeness given my the short dude with dreads . This is unacceptable. Will not be eating here again
