Love that this location has a drive thru, but every time I come to this place they want to add a bunch of tomatoes and Mayo to everything.

I was deeply disappointed with my recent #4 Turkey Tom (regular) at Jimmy John's, especially after paying extra for avocado and receiving barely a tablespoon on the entire sub. Despite being a turkey sandwich, it contained only four pieces of turkey, which was surprisingly scant. The overwhelming flavor of onions, which I did not request, and the almost non-existent turkey presence made me question the sandwich's composition. Despite spending $13.96, the sandwich was largely unsatisfactory, consisting mainly of hard bread and minimal toppings. Given this disappointing experience, and the lack of visible or tasteful avocado despite an additional charge, I regret to say I won't be returning to Jimmy John's.

Horrible. I ordered on Door Dash and after 2 hours they stated that my order was complete. I called and the guy who answered the phone seemed high as a kite. Still no food nor refund.This is the second time this location has failed to deliver food to my office.Chase Steppig

I like Jimmy John's no matter where I go, and I've had it in probably 5 larger cities or more. I didn't see a delivery option online for this one, so I picked it up. I was about 7 minutes early, and it was ready when I arrived. I love the #9 with hot peppers, and it was consistent with others I have tried. Four stars for it being ready and consistent. Knocked off a star for having to drive five minutes instead of delivery.

I love Jimmy John’s but I have the worse luck with this location on Markham. I work at the hospital and this is an easy meal to order and cheap delivery. Well, I have had probably 4 times recently where I place the order online for delivery and either they don’t show up, cancel my order and don’t call, or bring it and don’t ever let me know they left it. If I didn’t love the food, I for sure wouldn’t frequent this location.

Got the largest sandwich. I paid 24 dollars lol for a chicken/cheese and lettuce sandwich. Maybe they could come up with a cheaper way to substitute chicken instead of making so much money. Either way it was very tasty and i enjoyed it. I will be

Great food, it's usually not an issue and it wasn't this time. The issue was that the lobby was closed at 5:30pm on a Sunday. I really didn't want to use the drive thru. A minor inconvenience, I know. I can understand closing the lobby at like 8 or 9 but right at dinner time? Dumb. Doubt the owner would be ok with that.

I went to the location on West Markham this evening, when I went inside to order, the only employee there advised that the lobby was closed. He was really friendly and I went to the drive thru, placed an order for six sandwiches, he was again friend prompt. It only took about 7 minutes to get them, all correct and fresh. I should have asked his name, but whatever he is being paid it is not enough. All businesses need more dedicated and friendly employees like this gentleman.

Terrible drive thru set up. Disgusting roast beef. I don't recall ordering a Mayo sandwich. My worker and myself are both feeling puny today. Appreciate y'all. Won't be back.

Food is fair, nothing special about the sandwiches, but what irritating about this location is that there’s a huge pothole in the drive thru lane, and you can’t avoid it. It’s been there for almost a year at this point and nobody from management seems to care that this pothole is causing issues getting to the window, and at worst messing up people’s cars accidentally driving into it.
