Waited for about 5-10 minutes to be greeted at the front register, then afterwards had to wait 20 minutes for food because everything was going to the drive thru with priority and new chicken had to be cooked. When I was helped the staff was friendly and seemed very rushed which makes sense, but it looked like 3 people were working at a dinner rush... so I don't mind waiting of course. But if you want fast food you might not get it from this location. They seemed overworked and understaffed and probably don't get paid enough, either, so be nice.The inside of the store was clean

Another bad experience at Kfc not a surprise really. I feel bad for the people that stop and spend their hardworking money here and get their day ruined by some of the employees. I stopped by yesterday after a long day and my family was craving chicken. The cashier out of no where gave his opinion in a nasty way of how i needed to wake up my husband because he was sleeping on the other side of me. My oldest daughter and brother in law in the backseat felt so uncomfortable and to not reply back to the man i kindly just ignored. Great! We went home and nobody even wanted the food anymore..

Everyone here needs to be retrainedIn total, it took 1 hour 30 minutes to get 8 pieces of chicken + 8 pieces of tenders meal.They also made it so that I could not cancel the order on the app because they lied on the app and said the "food was ready for pick up". I arrive. Nothing is prepared. And then they say, check back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I check in (I give 10 extra minutes), and they said I canceled my order which is an absolute lie. And then I said, I didn't cancel my order. So they checked and indeed, my order is still pending. They say wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for the order.....THEN I said, ok just cancel my order. They give me an absolute dumbfounded look and say they can't cancel my order and that I have to cancel it. There's no cancel feature on the app.I ask them, I'm confused, can they explain why my order says it's ready for pick up, but there's no chicken for 1 hour 30 min and you won't cancel my order.....NOTHING. just blank stares.Now I'm waiting in the restuarant doing work....currently at 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting.Everyone here needs to be fired.Edit:I'm still here waiting. Its been over 1 hour now. They won't cancel my order.They still doing nothing and joking around and laughing in the back. wth is going on?!This very nice old lady with a cane was also here....and she's also been waiting for over 50 minutes and they also changed her status to "ready for pickup" and refuses to give a refund.Edit again: They're lying to every new customer coming in through the door now. They tell everyone "chicken ready in 15 minutes" after 15 min, then another 15 min, they say the same lie, and then another 15 min they again say the same lie over and over again as customers are all stuck waiting.Just STOP LYING and taking our money without offering a refund .

This was a nice place. They have the worst service, ALMOST AS BAD as the stores in North Little Rock. They have their music turned up in the kitchen so loud that they can't understand your order at the counter. Their attitudes are awful, like they want to fight each customer for coming in. Not to mention, fighting with each other in front of customers. The food tasted like raw flower without seasoning. I just don't get it. Does the owner of this store not visit? He has to be feeling this in his pocket.

Whatever happened to KFC? Their quality control is absent. I haven't been able to get a good meal in a while. This place smelled greasy and dirty. I wouldn't recommend eating in.

I have stopped by the last couple nights. Terrible service. Tonight out of legs . Started out waiting outside. Finally went inside they were all partying in the back. No chicken cooking They were blasting gangsta music.The short manager, Finally came to the front. He stated very rudely " If you don't like it than you can leave."I hope someone respond. Night crew don't reflect a KFC.... Loud curse music playing.

I went inside to place my order there was only two people working it took me almost 10 minutes for him to come to place my order then it took 20 minutes to 25 minutes to get my order I ordered the the box for $20 it had four pieces a chicken french fries biscuits and look maybe like maybe eight pieces of nuggets half of them was so hard you couldn't eat them I said something to the guy because he picked my chicken nuggets up with his hands with no gloves on this was on Markham Street I ate one of the Nuggets it was so hot and spicy that I couldn't eat it at the Fry's because they were warm and I know they would get cold by the time I made it to the hospital it's been so long since I at KFC but I was not pleased I was disappointed Sharon Morris
