Of all the asian restaurants that I have tried.... This one takes the cake. They make their own sauces including their own soy sauce. They even make a low sodium gluten free soy sauce and you can not tell it is liw sodium or gluten free. Everything was incredible and the service was spectacular.

We had the sashimi/sushi combo and it was excellent ??. Also had the ginger salad and miso soup. Fantastic. We will be back. ?

A few years ago you used to get really fresh cucumber salad as a free appetizer, but they don’t seem to do that anymore.If you choose between soup or salad, you may want to go with the soup. The ginger salad in the past used to have way too much ginger (soaked) but now the problem is the lettuce. It is similar to several day old lettuce you would get from Kroger in the plastic tub. Some is likely to be wilted and gross tasting.Kiyen’s probably has the best sushi in town, which is why I am giving three stars.I would not recommend the hibachi. I got the shrimp hibachi recently and the veg and shrimp were fairly tasteless.The fried rice used to be really great, but recently has too much pepper or something because it’s really overpowering. My husband thought it was ok, so maybe it’s just me.They also used to give you free ice cream with a bit of coffee drizzled on top, but I guess they don’t do that anymore.Would have given this place four stars back in 2019 or 2020, but not this year.

It was my first time on a first date. I loved it and so did my date. We had an appetizer-coconut shrimp , the Chenal Pkwy rolls and fried ice cream. The total was 45$ w/o tip. Loved everything about the place. Our server, Lauren, was very helpful and attentive, so the service was great! Will come again and again! It's a total winner!

We ordered recently and the food was super greasy and not very tasty. It's a shame because we really enjoyed it the last time we were here (few years back). It was definitely not great quality for the price. We probably will not be boing backs.

We were driving from Nashville to California and googled the best Japanese food in Little Rock. This place did not disappoint. Exceptionally good udon! Who would’ve thought?

The service was just okay, but I got the feeling the server was having an off day, so I'm not docking stars for that. The food was good, and generally reasonably priced, but my complaint is that the specialty roll we ordered was twice the price of the others, but the same size and only marginally more premium. The atmosphere was good, and the restaurant was clean. The seats are worn out and need to be recovered. Overall, it was a good experience, though not particularly exceptional, and I look forward to going back!
