Seriously?Still waiting now 20 minutes past the end pick-up time for my online order, lobby was closed promptly at 10:29p 1 minute prior to my in-store pick-up, tracking says it was ready at 10:38p it's 1100p now. I was told to pull around to the drive-thru then to pull around to the front and been here for over 15 minutes so far. back around to the drive-thru finally get my order 1102p. No apologies.

Some times every thing is good sometimes it's not done the way I asked to be made sometimes they don't put every thing I tell them to put on it. And my thin crost is not crispy and the bacon is not done. Most people like crispy bacon that means the fat on the bacon should be crispy not the meat part. Sometimes not enough sauce. Sometimes once in a while I'll get it the way I asked. But all in all they are good people .We all have our good days and bad days. Just don't bring your problems to work just like you don't take your work problems home. If you have any attitude because of one or two people don't take it out on the ones who had nothing to do with it. But they do Get the jobs done. . They are really don't mean to just like I don't. I know I have made a few mad at me. But I wasn't meaning to. The do keep it clean

They cut their veggies to big til it don't cook in the oven it looks as if after the pizza is done they then provide the veggies toppings. Slim down on how big y'all chop y'all veggies such as onions bell peppers Vegetarian options: They will give u plenty of big pieces of onion and bell peppers and less meat

Well, at the window we asked was the cheese sticks ( whatever bread it was called) were Fresh, and the associate immediately said Yes! But we spotted hesitation in her body movement and when asked how long ago made ... she did the rightful move and requested fresh out-the-oven cheese sticks or bread. We were happy customers and then said thank you and went on our way.p
Service was horrible. They didn't want to make my order until I showed up. Some employee literally got my number and called me to say they weren't going to make my pizzas until we showed up. Very poor and very horrible service. Just close it down those people don't want to work.

Tip:1) Order your pizza2) Turn your oven on to 400 to preheat3) Go pick up your pizza4) When you get home and realize it is not properly cooked (pizza dough is still white and possibly streatchy), finish cooking it for 10 - 15 minutes in your preheated oven.More than half the time, my pizza was not properly cooked. A couple of other times, there were toppings only on the middle half of the pizza. Raw or half cooked pizza dough, I find, is hard to swallow and not a great taste on the pallette.The good news -- when it is properly cooked and has toppings on at least 90% of the pizza, it is very good.
