They serve super sweet and sugary ice cream treats. No non-dairy options. The ice cream tasted like the typical American store bought products you’d find at lower end big names like Walmart or Sam’s ….. I had a couple bites and had to throw mine away. The flavors offered are also pretty typical with nothing special or unique. I guess you can describe this as a bland experience with bland products in a bland store.
Went to Marble Slab’s website and MaggieMoo’s was on the list to order a custom cake from in the Little Rock area. Unfortunately not only is their website not working to put an online order in but after reading the reviews of people experiencing poor/unsatisfactory customer service with the employees disinterested attitudes.. I’ve decided to go with the Marble Slab in Conway, mainly because I’m going to have to call for the cakes customizations and this may be too difficult...read full review

I would give 5 stars if the customer service was on point. The energy here is off putting and definitely not kid friendly. My son told the young lady thank you and she acted as if he didn’t speak a word to her. My son said she looked like she was having a bad day and he was trying to cheer her up. When a 8 year old can notice that says a lot. The ice cream is good but not that good.. hope the customer service gets turned around.
