All around great adventure, first my order was understood the first time i said it, i could hear and understand the voice from the speaker, rushed thru window 1 and before i got to the pickup window, my order was waiting for me. All the same quality, super speedy too.Only thing I'd change is being asked if i want to round up my change for Ronald Mcdonald house. I don't want to be asked for donations every time i want McDonald's. I'm giving to RMH every time i choose to eat there. It's panhandling.“
“The McDonald's in downtown Little Rock is the best for miles around. The staff is exceptionally well trained and responsive to each guest. The early morning management team (Who I refer to as ,"The boss ladies"! Ha!) are amazing in how well they deal with the pressure of serving all the customers fast and quite well. Check it out. You will be glad you did.“
“Fantastic play place! It’s hard to find fast food restaurants who still want families to come to their establishments. Thank you for using your square footage to help the youngest members of our community come together to play.The play section was very clean. While we were there, a worker came and straightened up everything and picked up what little trash was on the floor.We’ll be back!“

“This is the current best McDonald's I know of. I love the staff, who largely came from the Geyer Springs (Little Rock) location, where I think they were at the time the best McDonald's in my metro area. I was happy to see the location near me being renovated, recently, and delighted to see such a competent crew taking over! Great managers who I've known, for years, as my business was next door to their previous location. I compare other locations to these two, for qualityParking: It's a corner lot, and can get pretty busy, but I've always been able to find a spot. This was recently re-engineered, to good effect, with regard to traffic entering and exiting.Kid-friendliness: Took my kids today, for the win.“

“Pulled up because I was hungry, drive through atmosphere didn't really count but the people working were so nice and the girl almost gave me the wrong bag and they corrected her but it was positive reinforcement. Food was so fresh it burnt my mouth. Couldn't have asked for a better burger man. High fives team.“

When I pulled ari to the 1st window he was hanging out waving, like a race was on, with a smile and enjoying himself, for me to drive on to the next window. “Minimal amount of speaking to customers.Sat in one lane of drive thru for over 15min with No service (drove back around building to inside lane and waited 5min for service there.Seems when it's busy or hectic inside customers are spoken to like it's our fault. No empathy or cordial explanations on estimated delay times.“
“We did not have the experience so many reviewers did. First of all the wait was long, BUT they were covered up with customers. Both lanes were full, all the mobile order spots were full, it was a madhouse. The ice cream machine wasn't working which is pretty much just McDonald's Speak for "It's going through it's self clean cycle which lasts approximately FOREVER.".But for a place that was swamped (it was 11:30 on a Friday night in LR and the other McDonald's down the road was closed) the 30 min wait wasn't awful, the food was hot-fries were so hot there was steam coming from the bag!, and the drinks were cold. The Coke machine was out of Coke but had everything else. The workers were not chatty-and I've seen reviews on here complaining about the workers being rude for not speaking to them. Uhm this is a McDonald's, y'all. You want a greasy burger -you come here. You want some heart attack inducing salty greasy fries-you come here. You want ice cream-uhm, you go somewhere else lol. You want to talk about the Hubble Telescope, your 16 dogs that are all named Kyle Junior, or how Velveeta isn't really cheese? Then idk, phone a friend, call a hotline, use the Internet ??♀️. These people are overworked, underpaid, probably understaffed, and have been dealing with the general nonsensical public all day. Cut them some slack.“

“I had a Quarter Pounder with cheese, my sister had a Big Mac, and my niece had the 10 piece Mc nuggets with barbeque sauce. The only complaint was my sister said there wasn't enough special sauce on her Big Mac. Other than that, everything was fine.“
“the bag was so saturated with grease it got everywhere. I know it’s greasy but this was unacceptable . Napkins saturated, McGriddle wrapper soaked. The hash brown was too greasy to even eat. It’s like them dumped it right from the grease into the bag.“
