Got to the drive thru at 7:30, no one would ever ever come to take my order, websitesaysitclosesat9 pm. I drove up to the window and no one would come to the window. This has happened to us before at the same restaurant. I definitely would not recommend.

The food is reasonably priced and usually pretty good. The tea fountain wasn't working so they had pitchers instead which ran put quicker. Love that I don't feel rushed to eat there.

Hands down one of the NASTIET and least sanitary food establishments I have ever been to. It was 10:30am; the floor was strewn with trash, the tables were covered in leftover food and crumbs, and when I went to use the bathroom the only thing I could do was wash my hands and leave without actually ‘going’. Ancient feces lining the commodes, dusty shards of paper towels sitting around that hadn’t seen a cloth in decades, and the pervading odor of fish that just suggests typhoid.Avoid at all costs.

Always bad service. Orders are often incorrect. Bread is soggy. Often the meat is not fully cooked. This location used to be very good, and it has fallen so far. I'm very disappointed.

There were two cars ahead of me and I waited well over 15 minutes. I also waited at the ordering window several minutes before anyone asked for my order. Hire more staff! VERY incompetent. Don’t ever go here if you’re in a hurry.

My review is based on one experience. I have been pleased with Panera before. In this instance I was told they could not make a latte due to being out of milk. This was in the middle of the day. The issue I have is that milk is a basic ingredient that can be purchased pretty much anywhere. I feel the manager should have made a decision to rectify the situation when they found out they were out. I could be wrong but milk isn’t hard to find.
