No one wore gloves. The person making the pizza was still in his jacket, sleeves hitting the dough. They couldn't find multiple orders. The cooked pizza still had uncooked dough under all of the toppings. I thought it was cheese. I really should've asked for a refund after the first red flag.

My family and I ordered two pizzas.The first pizzaA half hamburger and the other half pepperoni.The other pizza was a supreme specialty pizza.The dough was extremely soggy. It lacked conformity. Every ingredient was alone. A pizza is at its best when every ingredient is in synch with one another.

ordered a pizza for delivery, the tracker went from it being on the way to saying delivered despite us having received nothing. we called them about it and they said they would resend the order. that never came either. they then refused to issue a refund and tried to tell us them resending the order (that never arrived either) somehow forfeited us from a refund. turns out that wasn’t entirely true. i don’t know what is wrong with this place, but just taking someone’s money because you can’t competently deliver a pizza is super not okay. suffice to say, the customer service was abysmal. order from a different location. trust me.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on 10/15/2023 at approximately 10:30 pm. It was covered with red pepper flakes and made me sick. This was intentional. Do not trust eating food from them. This made me sick. 31 dollars robbed from me and sick. I have diverticulitis and can't eat spicey foods. Hopefully the rest of the two squares I ate were fully cooked and I don't suffer food poisoning.

I waited for 45 mins - 1 hour more than the quoted wait time for a prepaid pickup order. The order quoted 15 mins. I arrived in 20. After I got to the location the rep told me 10 mins. I ended up waiting another 45 mins. My son was late for work. Had I known it would take 45 mins, I would've taken him to work. I was a loyal customer for years.
