I am not sure what keeps this particular location open because it is so poorly managed. I have tried several times to dine in however, when you walk in the wait area is over flowing with customers waiting to be seated. No greeter is any where to be found and when one finally walks up you are still ignored as though they are so busy. Anyone can look back into the seating area and see that all the tables are empty. So why is everyone waiting to be seated? I just walk out and go where they are actually seating people.My next issue is since its so difficult to dine in here, I tried to just call in a to go order for pick up. No one ever answers the phone or you gat placed on eternal hold. I then tried to walk in to order in person. I stood there for at least 15 minutes with no one staff coming to the front (hostess nor to go clerk). I'm standing there watching staff scrambling around in the kitchen the whole time yet no one to take any to go order. Once again I just walked out.I fail to understand what is actually keeping this location open.Also, the Red Lobster app fails to work as I also tried using it to place my to go order. I expect to see a Out of business sign at this location real soon.

I have enjoyed Red Lobster for thirty years, and considered it pretty good for modestly priced seafood. The prices are still competitive, but the food quality is mediocre now. I'm open minded to try new dishes, but they messed with existing recipes, which is disappointing.

The food was really good. The steak was cooked perfectly which to me was surprising for a seafood restaurant. The lobster was tender and seasoned well. The waitress Amber was very patient and attentive with me.I dined at the restaurant late on a weekday evening so I understood why it was pretty empty however there were kids running around the restaurant as if they owned the place and nobody from the staff said anything. At one point I was going to say something as one child kept running by my table and spitting but someone else beat me to it. Other than that inconvenience the experience was good and I'd come back.

Service is terrible, ordered endless shrimp they brought 1 persons food after 30 minutes they finally brought second persons plate .After the manager was called . Clam chowder qas served cold . Watched a couple leave after receiving the drinks ( tea ) and 30 Minutes later waiters still had not taken food order .not Happy at all

I don't go to Red Lobster very often. At least, I haven't been frequent visitor there. I'd say I've only eaten there a handful of times in the last couple of years. During my most recent visit to Red Lobster, I purchased the lobster, of course. The lobster was not bad, but it was not worth the money that I spent on it if you ask me. Definitely not a lot of meat to eat.

20min wait to be seated (no hostess just a dish boy leaning on the wall playing on his phone and looking at people waiting). 10min wait for server, he did bring drinks quickly but literally did not see him again for my roughly hour long stay. A kitchen server brought my food (shrimp cocktail was delicious, crab legs were tiny, overcooked, and mush in the shells). Honestly the biscuits and shrimp cocktail were the only thing worth going for the last several times I went. Skip this and go to mighty crab or literally any other place with seafood.

My family and I came here to have dinner. We were just about to start eating when we found a roach it the rice we were lucky to see it before taking a bite!! We spoke with the manager about it and they apologized and said there was no charge, we were very disgusted cancelled and left!

Disgusting had to go to the emergency room afterwards my child need immediate attention food was cold undercooked a mushy food been in the warmer broccoli was over cooked and mushy fried shrimp was wet and mushy on the bottom stuffed mushrooms came in a disgusting watered down soupy under cooked bowl now my child can never eat seafood again after this had a severe reaction to the food never had a problem w but now we can’t ever have it again by time we got to the emergency room worst experience ever won’t be returning used to be my favorite place to eat when I was a child went directly down hill last few times I been people should not have to severe this food and you can tell they don’t enjoy doing sorry I apologize for myself being annoying to the service people very disappointed I definitely was ripped off but still paid for the food I couldn’t even eat and it seems none of the servers were available to cash me out and I really just wanted to leave very badly so I had to go find them myself
